After 3 decades of listening to his doctors, my father ended up with:
• Cancer
• Diabetes
• Heart disease
After 3 years of listening to his son...
He lost 40lbs & became cancer free.
Here's 19 health secrets his doctors never told him:
1. Stop doing diets that have a name.

Here is probably my best thread of all time.
If there is one place on the internet that breaks down the YouTube algorithm for real without sensationalism, it's this one.
12 years of YouTube experience concentrated in one Twitter thread, let's go.

STOP trying to get rich quick.
It just means trying to make money for no practical reason and usually means doing nothing of substantial value in the first place.
Instead focus on becoming a high value individual.
Be someone who has tremendous value as their foundation.
Build offers on top of that foundation, and put your reputation to work.
Money will follow and compound.
Grind at a skill.
Build a body of work with that skill.
Grow a reputation on your results.
Scale that reputation with content.
Build an audience through content.
Make offers to that audience.
1000 true fans. $1000 worth of offers that any of them can invest in.
Build a $5000-$10,000 ecosystem if they were to take you up on every single offer you have.
Start with a value ladder of multiple offers under $100 that they could buy, at least 5-10 offers.
Have 3-10 offers up to $500.
Have 1-3 offers that are $5000+
Set the goal of:
10,000 people seeing your content
1000x sales of your smaller offer
100x sales of your middle offer
10x sales of your largest offer
Get 3-10 customers per day.
Reach 1000-10,000 people per day.

Steal Pixar's storytelling format:
1. Once upon a time there was {fill}
2. Every day, {fill}
3. One day {fill}
4. Because of that, {fill}
5. Because of that, {fill}
6. Until finally {fill}
That has made them billions at the box office.
It'll work for you too.

As a one-person business - you ARE the business.
So treat yourself like it:
• Take time to unwind
• Eat healthy foods
• Drink more water
• Invest in yourself
• Get good sleep
When your entire business relies on you…
Your health is more important than ever.

Prediction: 9/10 communities will fail.
Why? Because there's no intentional community design baked into the vision.

Here’s what 5 years of building a ‘personal brand’ has taught me:
1. You don’t need to know everything to get started
2. If you’re not enjoying your content, others won’t
3. Consistency is your golden ticket
4. Aim to be a guide over a guru - people connect with people

If you’re trying to make content while you have a job you should consider simplifying your ideas.
If you’re a small YouTuber working a job and you’re spending more than 5 hours on a video, you’re probably making everything too complex to be sustainable… (thread)
