You are not serious! You actually think you can attract us by including the word ‘colonial’ in advertising your facility?! Really! Colonial would mean that the African could only be there as a servant!!! 21st Century but our minds are yet to be truly decolonized?! Tragic!!!
Hillside rooms with colonial style and modern comfort near Kisumu Airport. Book your stay.

🎵Ain’t no stopping us now! We’re on the move! …🎵 The song is playing in my head and I am smiling. As much as we are told that we can’t, shouldn’t, won’t be allowed to, the seeds of the potential of our youth have been sown and are bearing fruit From potential to excellence!!😄
In Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 a 14-year-old kid just built his own AI called FasoNova. - His name is Chérif Kounta. He started messing around with tech when he was four after his dad gave him a tablet. By 10 he had already made an interactive calendar, and at 11 he built an AI tool to fight fake news. Now at 14 he’s released FasoNova, an AI made specifically for people in Burkina Faso and the rest of Africa instead of the usual one-size-fits-all stuff. What makes it different is that it doesn’t just answer questions. It has a “mission mode” that walks you through your goals until you actually finish them. Want to open a small shop? It can help you estimate costs, list what you need to buy, and suggest suppliers. For students, it explains the method first before checking your work, instead of just handing over the answer. He also made privacy a priority. Your data is encrypted, stored on private servers, never used to train other models, and even he can’t access it. The name comes from “Faso” (for the homeland) and “Nova” (meaning new).

Africa has history, despite colonialist trying to erase it with violence and religion. The sword and the bible!!!! Fear is for sure, because our grandchildren will not take your intrusion lying down!!!!
This what former French Economy Minister Thierry Breton said that has already came through pass : "It was Emmanuel Macron's stupidity that opened the eyes of Africans. One thing is certain if France loses its colonies our children and grandchildren will go to Africa in search of their livelihoods. Immigration will change direction. Macron needs to go or France will suffer. Europe need to unite to fight this new African vision Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso and other countries will follow suit. If one of the puschists' heads falls, the others will abandon the vision. Africa has no history therefore, Africa cannot run the world.”

Lee Kuan Yew proved that a nation's destiny is engineered, not inherited. In 1965, when Singapore was unceremoniously booted out of Malaysia, the international consensus predicted absolute state failure. He inherited a swampy, impoverished island with a population of just two million people living in squalor. It had zero natural resources, no agricultural land, no military defense, and lacked even enough basic drinking water to sustain human life. If Lee Kuan Yew had operated on the standard of modern populist politics, he would have spent the next thirty years weeping on international stages, blamed historical external factors, and begged neighboring countries for permanent welfare handouts. He didn't. He went to work. While post-colonial leaders across Africa and Asia turned inward to launch economically illiterate isolationist experiments, Lee championed hyper-globalization. He realized that if you have no domestic market, your only asset is human capital. He cleared the malarial swamps of Jurong, instituted strict pro-market property rights, lowered taxes, and laid down red carpets for Western multinationals like Texas Instruments and Hewlett Packard before the supporting infrastructure even existed. His domestic masterclass was built on structural logic, not ideological fantasies. He gave his anti-corruption units actual teeth, starting with his own cabinet. If a politician stole public funds, they didn't get a promotion or a diplomatic posting, they went straight to prison. Zero tolerance meant global investors knew their capital was safer in Singapore than in London or New York. He transformed subjects into stakeholders through the Central Provident Fund and the Housing Development Board. By aggressively shifting 75% of the population out of slums into state-of-the-art public housing, he gave ordinary citizens a physical, equity-based ownership stake in the country's survival. He instituted mandatory bilingualism and made English the main national language to plug his workforce directly into the global grid. He hired elite technocrats based on raw competence, completely ignoring ethnic divisions. Teachers were paid corporate-level salaries because he understood that a first-world economy cannot be built by an uneducated majority. In a single compressed generation, GDP per capita skyrocketed from under $500 to overtaking the United States and the United Kingdom. The structural lesson of Singapore is a devastating indictment of Africa's current leadership. It proves that poverty is not a permanent geographical curse; it is a choice made by incompetent elites who prefer primitive capital accumulation over national engineering.

They have literally gone insane. Gaza is under repeated strikes right now. Aircraft are flying extremely low, and their sounds are terrifying. People are fleeing their homes after the warnings. The situation is horrifying, and no one knows what will happen next. Do not stop talking about Gaza. Do not let the world forget the terror we live through every day.

I am not surprised. I have talked about the vaccination of children without the parents consent. A big problem in Siaya. The leadership does not seem to care. The community believes in ‚Sirikali‘. It is the children and ‚ignorant‘ women who suffer the consequences. ☹️
This is being reported in Siaya.

As a Kenyan, I distance myself completely from President Ruto’s glowing tribute to Wicknell Chivayo. Those condolences and that “dear friend” language are his own, not mine, as a Kenyan. Chivayo had a prior criminal conviction and served an effective three-year prison sentence, while his later dealings in major public contracts repeatedly attracted controversy and scrutiny. Kenyans are speaking for themselves on social media because public money lost through corruption and rotten procurement is money that never builds schools, hospitals, roads or other services ordinary people desperately need. Some died, because of this corruption..... So please, Mr President, mourn your friend in your own name. Do not dress personal friendship with powerful businessmen as though the whole country shares the sentiment.

🇳🇪 Niger at the UN: "Ladies and Gentlemen, as I speak to you, at our northeast borders stand the proxies led by France, backed by Ukraine and 2 other countries." "And you know full well which countries I mean." "These proxies are armed, guided, directed, about to attack our military positions and our oil installations. But they will get what they deserve, inshallah." "Our Sahel is at war. A war of liberation against a conspiracy aimed at its recolonization." "What some call terrorism in our region is a cynical scheme of recolonization dressed in extremist rags." "Niger's uranium, the gold of Mali and Burkina, lithium, gas, oil and so many other riches keep the old powers salivating." "This perfidious destabilization of the central Sahel, led by France with Ukraine's active complicity -- documented, very documented." "Niger's uranium lit up Europe's cities while ours stayed in darkness. This injustice has now ended. It is over." "A people that has decided to be free cannot be recolonized, not by fear, nor by cunning, nor even by savage violence."

Executive Summary: A man who supports, funds, trades in arms and hosts Sudanese Janjaweed terrorists inside State House Nairobi has no moral authority to lecture anyone on peace and security anywhere in the world. A despot who abducts and kills the young people of Kenya and orders police to kill anti-goverment protesters, opposed to his corrupt and disastrous leadership, has no moral authority to lecture anyone on intentional law. UN should have denied him the platform to stroke his ego and attempt to speak on half on Africa.
