Secretary Rubio, A country that welcomes people from across the world has every reason to take seriously those who respond to that welcome by celebrating the murder of its citizens. I urge the Department of State to enforce its announced policy toward foreign nationals who glorify political assassination, including a review of the recorded incident at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Following Charlie Kirk’s assassination, your Department established a clear position. Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau warned that foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are unwelcome and directed consular officials to review statements praising, rationalizing, or making light of the killing. You stated... “America will not host foreigners who celebrate the death of our fellow citizens.” At a Turning Point USA “Pick Up the Mic” event at UTSA, a participant later identified as Isa Casahuga, who introduced herself as “Pamper Baby” and described herself as an immigrant, used the microphone to recite a poem about Kirk’s assassination. Adapting the language of a familiar Christmas poem, she invoked the “Kirkiversary,” described “a shot to the neck,” and promoted a gathering called “Squirt for Kirk.” When Christian Collins challenged her conduct, she answered... “Baby, I’m thrilled.” She then turned her attention to the living speaker before her... “You’re brave for being out here,” she said, referring to his having “no protection” and no “neck brace.” That final remark is unforgivable. Having made one man’s fatal wound the centerpiece of her performance, she turned to the living speaker before her and drew attention to his vulnerability to the same violence. The warning to young conservatives willing to pick up a microphone was unmistakable... remember what happened to Charlie Kirk. Political assassination destroys more than a life and it attacks the freedom of everyone who must decide whether speaking publicly is worth the danger. Celebrating the killing extends that injury. It tells the victim’s family that their grief is entertainment and tells others entering public life that their deaths, too, may become an occasion for applause. A university microphone carries a particular responsibility. Open debate depends on people being willing to appear, disagree, and answer one another in public. Turning a speaker’s murder into a joke corrodes the conditions that make that exchange possible. A visa is a privilege. A privilege extended by the American people, held on good behavior, revocable by the American people. Celebrating the assassination of our citizens is the clearest failure of good behavior there is. Your Department recognized the gravity of celebrating political murder when it announced this policy. Isa Casahuga’s public celebration of that cruelty demands that the principle now be enforced. The people willing to stand before a microphone should never have to wonder whether the government takes the celebration of their possible murder as seriously as those celebrating it do.
At @UTSA for Pick Up the Mic, a student read a poem celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk with such glee, then told me I was brave to be out here without my neck covered. I told her I’d pray for her. This is the climate. We pick up the mic anyway.

🚨 An estimated 90,000 to 100,000 foreign students on visas are enrolled at colleges across the state of Texas. Not 9,000. Not 10,000. 90,000 to 100,000. Dr. Taylor Eighmy is the current president of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). His salary is a nice $1.26 MILLION following a 37% increase last year, with perks that would make you throw up. Under his watch, UTSA has become a breeding ground for communist and Marxist ideology, radical Islam, and the glorification of terrorism, including a disturbing culture of celebrating assassinations. His campus hosts over 1,000 students on visas, many from nations hostile to the United States. In June of this year, during Erika Kirk’s appearance at a TPUSA event on campus, a student reenacted Charlie Kirk’s assassination, repeatedly throwing themselves to the ground as though they had been shot. One of the organizations involved in the protest surrounding Erika Kirk’s appearance was “Right to Rebel,” a student activist group at the university. That student groups is growing. I've watched their numbers increase over the last few months. Students now openly promote communist ideology and glorify U.S.-designated terrorist organizations like Hamas. Among the books distributed on campus is a tribute to Yahya Sinwar, the former Hamas leader and architect of the Oct 7 massacres. One of their shining students was filmed reciting a poem celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder, then told a TPUSA speaker he was “brave” for showing up on campus without a neck brace. She's from Brazil. While Dr. Eighmy’s campus descends into nightmare fuel, he’s guaranteed a tenured professorship when he steps down, $200K in personal research funding, and enjoys a swanky country club membership. @FrontlinesTPUSA @SecScottBessent @FBISanAntonio

It's real. I know business owners there. And this devastating style of governance continues almost unchecked across the country. It's a zombie march without thought or reality testing.
Around half of Seattle businesses report that are considering moving or shrinking, blaming a business environment that they say is getting worse and don’t believe it looks like it will get better, according to a survey from the Downtown Seattle Association and Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. kiro7.com/news/local/survey-…

You can see how the aesthetics of debate give the left wingers the advantage post Charlie. They walk up and say: “We killed you and we will kill you again?” And then what’s the response? A joke? That seems weak. A prayer? That looks like cope. Answer the threat with a threat? You just got TPUSA ejected from campus permanently The assassination of Kirk let the left show its power, and they are reveling in it.
this is not a small group of people on the left anymore, but a large, dominant faction without whom democrats can’t win elections. and there is no debating them, because they aren’t interested in changing your mind. they just earnestly want you to die.

This dirtbag journovermin Dilanian blocks me, so I have to go the screenshot route. He is actively assisting in the "Narrative" phase of a color revolution. To create the "crisis of legitimacy" that is necessary to attempt to justify the impending coup, it is imperative that in the days and weeks before the trigger event (i.e., the midterms) a constant narrative of illegitimate action by the sitting President be perpetrated by media outlets sympathetic to the color revolutionaries. That is all this is. There is literally zero actual evidence to support what he alleges. However, no evidence is necessary, just the message. These people are despicable human filth.

The 9/11 memorial is the final resting place of some of our country’s greatest heroes. Yet the man who defaced it, Jonathan Andrew Tijerina, was charged only with criminal mischief and making graffiti. We need to see federal criminal charges @TheJusticeDept. There are some red lines you do not cross, and defacing the resting place of our nation’s fallen heroes should be one of them.

🇺🇸HEADS-UP PATRIOTS🇺🇸 The Democrat/Media Complex is sniffing around the Democracy Files and our exposing of the ongoing Color Revolution. I'm not talking about marginal podcasters--I'm talking about the head of the snake. They will attempt to do two things: 1. Discredit @DataRepublican, the patriots who have worked with her on this project, and all of us who have supported getting this plot out into the light of day. 2. Claim that the framing of those files as an ongoing Color Revolution is a lie, and in fact the ex-USAID/CIA/State/military people behind this are merely true patriots trying to prevent Trump from overthrowing "our democracy." Such a story will inevitably include a litany of "proof" that Donald Trump's genuine election integrity efforts are somehow actually a nefarious plot to disenfranchise lawful Democrat voters and steal "our democracy." The very words you will read and hear will be a part of the framing of Trump's "loss of legitimacy" that is essential to the plot's success. In other words, these stories that are about to come out from the premier Democrat/Media Complex outlet(s) are actually part of the plot itself, and serve as part of the "Narrative" component of color revolutions that I have written about. Be on the lookout for these nefarious propaganda pieces in the days ahead. As I have said repeatedly, the best way to counter this false narrative is to get everyone in your circle to listen for 4 minutes and 31 seconds to the very first drop DR put out on October 22. That tape alone starkly reveals the entire plot in the plotters' own words. Last point; never forget that these people will always do one thing that is their "tell": they will always accuse you of what they are actually up to themselves. As my wife's X tagline always says: "Peace and be prepared."

Let’s make sure the entire world understands. In Brazil, judicial rulings in connection with federal elections are made by the court that has been in place for that very purpose, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE). @LulaOficial requested to the TSE that the polls be extended by two more hours in the entire country, citing “transportation problems.” Who controls the transport system? Lula’s government surely more so than a senator running for president. Instead of waiting for a TSE ruling. @LulaOficial immediately asked Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) justice @Cristianozaninm to order the polls remain open WITHOUT any TSE ruling. Within minutes (did Zanin even read the filing?), the polls were ordered to remain open by Zanin. The STF has 11 justices. What did Zanin do before becoming an STF justice? Oh yes, he was Lula’s criminal defense lawyer in his corruption cases. If this blatant rigging of the elections will be used to announce that Lula won, is Lula seriously expecting anyone in the international community to recognize that as a free and fair election? He knows nobody will. Has the desperation reached a point that today is the day the mask fully comes off and Lula becomes the next Nicolas Maduro? For the sake of Brazil, I pray that is not the case.

I CALLED IT HOURS AGO. Brazil's Supreme Court extended voting at the last minute. The justice who ordered it is Lula's former personal lawyer, and Lula put him on the court. Flávio Bolsonaro led the first round and led much of tonight's count. Then the extra hours happened, the lead flipped after the halfway mark, and now Lula is "winning" a fourth term. You don't need to be a genius to see what happened here. Change the rules while the polls are closing, and the result changes with them. Brazilians deserve answers. Americans should be watching closely, because this is the playbook they want to run here.
