.@DonHuffines launched the TEFA Transparency Dashboard so that Texans can “see how their tax dollars are being spent.” Groups under 10 students are masked; his office notes this “prevents individuals from being identified.” comptroller.texas.gov/transp…

Thank you, Governor Abbott (@GovHotWheels_TX), for signing this historic school choice bill into law. 👏 Families like Choice’s now have the freedom to choose the educational opportunity that best meets their children’s needs.

"The kiddos that are coming and just need that different environment...they're getting what they need. Without the TEFA grants, we would not be where we are today." Tracy Hanson of Oak Creek Academy shares her appreciation for how TEFAs have changed her students’ lives.

Let’s set the record straight. School choice doesn’t take a single dollar from public schools. The Texas Education Freedom Accounts program, or TEFA, was funded completely separately through an appropriation from General Revenue. texaspolicy.com/the-truth-ab…

Public school funding is at an all-time high of more than $90 billion a year. Governor @GregAbbott_TX signed $8.5 billion in new public education funding last session alone. Not one penny for school choice comes out of Texas' historic education budget.
$227 million stripped from Texas schools to fund Greg Abbott's corrupt voucher scam. $68 million from Houston ISD alone. Our kids suffer while Abbott's donors get rich. When I'm Governor, I will end the voucher scam and save our neighborhood schools.

Absurd propaganda. Schools aren’t “losing” money. They get every dollar they’re entitled to based on student attendance. That’s how it’s always worked even before education freedom accounts.
Nearly half of the 80 school districts in the Houston-Galveston region may lose a combined $68 million in funding after some 8,000 students left for Texas vouchers. houstonchronicle.com/news/ho…

Got lucky that my family's vacation coincided with @SpaceX's Starship Flight 14 launch. Looks like @elonmusk is creating a new generation of space-interested kids!

Desperate and condescending attempt to put lipstick on a 19 story pig. Property rights and property values are significantly impacted by this coerced partnership with big power. Hey rural Texas 📢 If they don’t respect us they should expect us - see you Wednesday in Austin! #txlege
Opponents of the new Permian Basin import lines describe a transmission easement as a loss of land. Half a century of experience under 765kV lines tells a different story: wires cross the property—with compensation—and farming, grazing, and ranching goes on beneath them. Read more: zurl.co/KjNaR
