I've waited over a day for my tickets to be responded to, and roblox keeps asking me to review/rate them on previous tickets for some reason still-

Okay so this is quite interesting , randomly @Roblox asked me to review their support obviously I selected the lowest rating Then later on explained why because I've spent almost an entire month in my Gmail trying to explain to them that my account was terminated for being linked to multiple accounts that aren't mine and that I've never seen before, yet whatever i write seems to be ignored because after several hours I've just been getting the same copied and pasted messages or automated messages having nothing to do with anything I say giving me 0 assistance or help the entire time whilst also refusing to give me evidence on how I'm linked to those accounts or any of my data so I can provide them more evidence that I'm not associated with the accounts. #roblox #robloxbanwave #robloxban

No son mías; nunca las había visto antes y no tengo ningún control sobre ellas. @Roblox I really don't get how you guys are terminating people over things like this? When we constantly explain we have nothing to do with these random accounts I've never even seen these accounts before. roblox ask for your id so they can see ur related accounts. yet Im not connected to any of these by email id device or billingthey don't have my name or billing information and no matter how much I try to PROVE that they refuse to give me my account back then they put me in a loophole until my 30 days expire so I lose literally everything for something i didn't even do I've put thousands of us money into this game and years just for it all to go to nothing for something i didn't even do.

Hello roblox my account Azazel2z an account I spent years and thousands on was terminated for being linked to accounts that arent mine, accounts ive never seen before. in my appeals I explain how the accounts I've never logged into and the accounts don't have my billing info or my email and my id isn't connected to them and I've never logged into them. And later on I show the only accounts associated with my email which aren't any of the ones i was terminated for yet they still refuse to revoke my account despite me having nothing to do with the allegedly linked accounts that aren't even mine? I wanted to ask if you can review my account please and thank you.

@Roblox can you just guys please help I've genuinely tried everything to get my stuff back it shouldnt be this hard for innocent terminated players to get their accounts reinstated- it seems like no matter what people say or prove it'll just be ignored My account “Azazel2z” is still terminated for being linked to accounts i’ve never seen or owned, and i honestly don’t know what else to do anymore. please roblox reinstate my account I've done nothing but support and play your game for years i’ve posted about it more than once, contacted support a bunch of times, and every reply feels the same no matter what i say. i’ve been on roblox for 5 years and spent thousands on this account. it’s years of time and everything i built, so it’s really hard watching it get taken over something that has nothing to do with me. i don’t know, own, or recognize the accounts i was linked to, and i’ve never logged into them or had anything to do with them. and from what i’ve been seeing millions of players got hit by the same thing this month banned over links to accounts they’ve never touched. please give us our accounts back its unfair that these players are being terminated for the same reason despite being innocent- they report it to u over and and over again yet you still wont answer us???

I've sat here waiting and refreshing for hours just hoping to get some responses ive provided everything I can. Im losing my only time left before they fully delete my account- im genuinely so desperate for it back because I've done literally nothing wrong.
