Day 3 of Moca Planning Workshop We have ended the first and second day of product planning. Today we started planning on marketing and partnerships. Reviewing what we did well and where we fucked up. Goal is to operationalize Moca and scale very quickly, while keeping all key stakeholders delighted with value measured - community and partners Golden Spoon strategy - using it wisely.

FIWB Chapter 7 $MOCA new ATH, yes. Are we celebrating? Not at all. The broader Animoca and Moca teams are not celebrating despite lots of congratulations from our investors, partners, and friends (thank you). To build better team morale, we should be celebrating a lot more. But it's bullish for me to see that literally none of us is content about the current traction, and everyone has way bigger expectations, goals, and plans for the project. The strategy worked out, yes, but we have only gone through Stage 0 and Stage 1. Each lap is a new lap, and perhaps there will never be a moment to rest and celebrate. The current lap demonstrated retail's conviction behind what we do, and now the highest priority is to expand the network of users and apps via strategic alignment such as with @ton_blockchain and the newly signed partners we are onboarding, and more importantly the products where users would land on. While the price is critical for building the wealth effect and war chest of the network, we no longer look at the chart as much anymore. Price goes up, price goes down. Price is temporary, fundamentals are permanent. Plans to welcome unstakers back for S2 airdrop S1 Stakers - proved that staking and never touching the tokens is the best strategy, in terms of value in Staking Power and token value. Loyalty will be rewarded. Multiplier of rewards will be applied for this group of the most loyal and active users. S1 Unstakers - we made the rule very clear before TGE that unstakers will not be eligible for S2 airdrop. However, these users are one of the most active ones in S1, and lots are eager to continue contributing to the network. In order to welcome them back and get this family matter sorted, S1 Unstakers would need to stake the full S1 airdrop $MOCA + a premium % (e.g. 30-50%) more number of $MOCA by the end of a specific date until S2 airdrop to recoup a % of RP earned (e.g. 50-70%) in S1, and those who fail to do so will have the RPs erased (while retaining reputation). S1 <1500 RP Moca ID users - You are able to retain all RPs you've earned in S1 and keep building up from here. The same applies to new Moca ID users. All Moca ID users will have the chance to earn above the Round 2 threshold as per RP distribution design, so don't worry about being behind. More requirements will be shared closer to date. More fun missions and partner announcements will be rolled out over the next few months! What the team is focusing our energy on 1. Onboard large user base via Realm SDK and Moca ID integrations 2. Bring user and value growth to Moca Network partners 3. Loop value back into Moca Network - Moca NFT, $MOCA, and Moca ID 4. Making the reputation system usable and composable by partners 5. Growing top of the funnel brand awareness There are lots we are experimenting with, especially with MocaDrop, so don't expect everything to be perfect while we do our best to be closest to perfection. Data informs the best decisions. Given the feedback from the community, we are also considering making slight adjustments to a few mechanics, such as Staking Power boosts, Bonus Pool distribution via Golden Ticket, etc. Stay tuned for this!
