Had the pleasure of watching Sharifa multiple times for @BWRFC last season
Lots of talent in Women’s Champ South 1, and Sharifa is an example of that
Breakthrough player of the year for me. A ready made replacement for @vickyfleetwood
She’s in great company in the back row ⭐️

Preseason friendly ✅
A great day in the sunshine playing our first full contact friendly against @HammersLadies
Despite going down to 14 players due to injury, the team played on, bringing energy, positivity and grit throughout the 80 minutes

We’re saddened to hear of the change in gender policy voted by @EnglandRugby today, we don’t believe this represents inclusiveness in rugby.
Regardless of the RFU vote, Blackheath remains open to ALL! We stand with trans players 🏳️⚧️

Thank you for coming down. We loved the support and hoped you enjoyed the game despite the final score! ❤️🖤❤️🖤
Spent this afternoon with some @Blackheath_1858 Bandits watching @KentRugby Women, containing a large @BWRFC contingent. A tight, hard fought game but unfortunately the home side lost 5-12.
