𝟲𝟬-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗮𝗹 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 2, 2026 – 𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙡, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣: Elahi Baksh, son of Rasool Baksh, was a 60-year-old shopkeeper from Naal, Balochistan. On October 30, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM, FC personnel forcibly disappeared him from his home. Three days later, on November 2, 2026 his dead body was dumped in Laghorzard, Naal. For three days, his children waited desperately for their father, hoping he would return home safely. Instead, they received his lifeless body. A family’s hope of seeing their father again was turned into lifelong grief. Enforced disappearance and extrajudicial killing are grave violations of the fundamental rights to life, liberty, and human dignity. No one should be taken from their home, held in secret, and deprived of life outside the protection of the law. Elahi Baksh’s killing demands an independent investigation, accountability for those responsible, and justice for his family. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) urgently appeals to national and international human rights organizations to take immediate action against the ongoing human rights violations in Balochistan. #StopBalochGenocide

𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗮𝗹, 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 2, 2026 – 𝙉𝙖𝙖𝙡, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣: Muneer Ahmad, son of Sharif, aged 32, was a resident of Istakhali, Naal, Balochistan, and worked as a driver. On October 2, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM, he was taken away from his home by death squad. His family was left without any information about his whereabouts, beginning a month-long period of uncertainty and anguish. On November 2, 2026, exactly one month after his disappearance, Muneer Ahmad was killed and his body dumped in Nal Laghorzard, Balochistan. His disappearance from his home and subsequent killing raise grave concerns about enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and the continued violation of fundamental human rights in Balochistan. Such incidents represent serious violations of the rights to life, liberty, security, and human dignity. They also leave families devastated and raise urgent questions about the safety of civilians and the accountability of those responsible. No individual should be forcibly taken from their home, held without legal protection, or deprived of their right to life. Every person is entitled to due process, protection under the law, and the fundamental guarantees of human dignity and security. BYC urgently call upon the United Nations, the UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID), the UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, OHCHR, and international human rights organisations to take urgent notice of Muneer Ahmad's case. We urge them to demand an independent and impartial investigation, ensure accountability for those responsible, and take effective measures to prevent further enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Balochistan. #StopBalochGenocide

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 31, 2026 - 𝘽𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙤 𝙉𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞, 𝙕𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙆𝙤𝙩𝙞, 𝙆𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣: Salahuddin, son of Muhammad Ali, a resident of Kulan, Kharan, was forcibly disappeared by security forces along with his brother Azar on August 7, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM from their home. Salahuddin was a vegetable vendor at Chief Chowk, Kharan. A few days after their forced disappearance, his brother Azar was released, while Salahuddin remained in the custody of security forces. After two months of enforced disappearance, on October 31, 2026, Salahuddin was killed in a fake encounter. His body was found near Baddo Naddi, Zardain Koti, Kharan. The continued practice of enforced disappearances followed by the killing of individuals in staged encounters represents a severe violation of fundamental human rights and the right to life. Keeping individuals in unlawful custody, denying their families information about their whereabouts, and subsequently presenting their deaths as encounters is a grave violation of the rule of law and the basic principles of justice. Such incidents reflect a disturbing pattern in Balochistan, where individuals subjected to enforced disappearance are later found dead, with their killings presented as fake encounters. These practices deny victims their right to due process and deprive their families of truth and justice. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) demands an urgent and impartial investigation into Salahuddin’s case. International human rights organizations and individuals must take immediate action and raise their voices against the atrocities committed by the Pakistani state. #StopBalochGenocide
