Hey @grok, why did Brazil’s stock market just plunge? 🇧🇷📉
Explain what triggered the selloff, why investors reacted so sharply, and what most people are MISSING.
Is this panic selling or are investors pricing in deeper economic trouble?
$META plans to raise about $35 billion in stock, per Meta's release: $22.5 billion in common shares through forward sales and about $12.5 billion in mandatory convertible preferred.
An up to $60 billion sale of new nonvoting Class C shares could follow from early 2027. That's up to about $95 billion combined.
$NVDA , $AMD and $AVGO have shown nonbinding interest in up to $5 billion of it.
Meta calls the stock a complement to cash flow and debt as it funds AI data centers and chips.
The AI build now has to earn more than the dilution costs shareholders.

• Tuesday: $KO, $BA, $UPS, $V

With earnings from some of the world’s largest companies and a major Fed decision arriving in the same week, volatility could be far from over.
🐂 Bulls or bears heading into Monday?
Have a great night, everyone! Let’s have a strong week ahead! 🌙📈

🚨 $1 MILLION. ONE AI COMPANY. TEN YEARS.
You’ve got two choices:
🤖 OpenAI (ChatGPT) — Sam Altman
🧠 Anthropic (Claude) — Dario Amodei
Imagine you could invest at the same valuation.
Your own hard earned money. No splitting it. No selling for 10 years.
Who gets your $1 million and what gives you the conviction to hold? 👇

Few résumés connect business, media, and the stock market quite like this one. 👀
The Trump Organization. The Apprentice. Trump Media. The White House.
Donald Trump went from real estate development to television, then to the presidency.
His business career shows how a personal brand can extend across properties, entertainment, and public markets.
Trump Media, the company behind Truth Social, began trading as $DJT in March 2024.
For investors, that creates an interesting question: how much is a recognizable name worth to a business?
Attention can attract customers and capital. Shareholders still need that attention to translate into durable revenue and, ultimately, profits.
A famous brand gives a company visibility. Its financial performance determines what that visibility is worth.
When you look at $DJT , what would convince you it deserves a place in your portfolio? 👇

🚨 $PLTR: JAPAN’S DEFENSE AI PUSH DESERVES A CLOSER LOOK 🇯🇵
Japan’s next five-year defense plan could reach ¥60–80 TRILLION, according to reporting citing Nikkei, compared with the existing ¥43T plan.
That figure isn’t approved. Japan is also considering counting more AI, satellite and infrastructure spending toward national security.
Here’s why I’m watching Palantir 👀
In September, $PLTR expanded its Fujitsu partnership, with Fujitsu becoming a Global Forward Deployed Engineering partner for AIP and Foundry.
The relationship already has real deployments behind it:
🏭 One Japanese manufacturing project connected data across 3,000+ suppliers and 18 factories.
Meanwhile, Japan’s defense plans include:
🤖 AI command-and-control systems
🛰️ Battlefield assessment tools
☁️ A secure defense cloud
My take: Fujitsu’s local expertise and engineering investment could help Palantir pursue opportunities as Japan expands its use of AI.
⚠️ This partnership announcement covers enterprise AI, not a new Japanese defense contract. The proposed spending is not $PLTR backlog.
The opportunity deserves attention. Actual contract awards will determine how much it matters.
Could Japan become a bigger driver of Palantir’s international growth? 👀

This might be one of the most legendary resumes in business history. 🤯
D. E. Shaw. Amazon. Blue Origin. The Washington Post. Bezos Earth Fund.
Jeff Bezos went from working on Wall Street to founding $AMZN in his garage in 1994.
What started as an online bookstore became one of the most powerful businesses on the planet.
E-commerce. Cloud computing. Advertising. Streaming. AI.
And Bezos didn’t stop there.
He founded Blue Origin to pursue space exploration, bought The Washington Post, and committed billions toward fighting climate change.
After 27 years as Amazon’s CEO, he stepped down in 2021 but remains Executive Chair.
As investors, sometimes you’re not just investing in revenue, earnings, or growth.
You’re betting on someone who can see opportunities decades before they become obvious.
And Jeff Bezos might be one of the greatest examples of long-term thinking and execution.
Would you buy $AMZN purely because you believe in Jeff Bezos? 👀

$UBER 's cash-flow valuation looks cheaper. But the cash isn't growing like it used to.
Free cash flow rose from $9.76B at the end of 2025 to just over $10B now... about 3.6% growth. Last year, it grew by more than 40%.
That slowdown matters. The lower share price may look like an opportunity, but the market is questioning whether Uber can keep expanding the cash it generates.
And now there's another claim on that cash.
The $14.8B Delivery Hero deal is expected to be funded with cash on hand and new debt. Uber ended Q2 with $5.4B in unrestricted cash.
So don't stop at the free-cash-flow yield. Look at how much cash can actually grow on a per-share basis.
Uber repurchased $6.52B of stock in 2025. If more resources go toward the deal, fewer shares may be retired, slowing one source of per-share growth.
The second half of 2025 generated about $5.0B in free cash flow. The next two quarters will help show whether that pace can be beaten.
Above it, the growth story holds up better. Flat, and the market's doubts look harder to dismiss.
The deal isn't expected to close until the second half of 2027. The bigger question comes later:
→ will Delivery Hero add cash generation, or leave Uber carrying more debt without enough additional cash to justify it?
Cheap today is measurable. Cheap after the deal is still an open question.
🚨 $UBER is starting to look seriously undervalued.
The numbers are getting hard to ignore.
📈 Free cash flow yield:
• Q4 2023: 2.65%
• Q4 2024: 5.43%
• Q4 2025: 5.75%
• October 2026: 7.08%
Meanwhile:
💰 Forward P/E: 17.34x
💵 Trailing 12-month free cash flow: Over $10 BILLION
Uber is generating more cash than ever, yet investors are paying a much lower multiple for its earnings.
A higher FCF yield doesn’t automatically make a stock cheap, but combined with continued growth, it’s worth paying attention to.
Is $UBER one of the most overlooked opportunities in the market right now? 👀

☀️ GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY! HAPPY SATURDAY! 📈
Wall Street ended another volatile week in the red, and next week could be one of the most important of earnings season! 👀
📉 Yesterday’s market:
🔴 S&P 500: -0.52%
🔴 Nasdaq: -0.21%
🔴 Dow Jones: -1.23%
Technology stocks stabilized after Thursday’s sharp selloff, but rising oil prices continued to pressure the broader market.
Energy stocks gained 2.5%, while concerns surrounding AI spending and higher interest rates kept investors cautious.
📅 WHAT TO WATCH NEXT WEEK:
💰 Earnings:
• $VZ — Monday
• $KO, $BA, $UPS — Tuesday
• $GOOGL, $MSFT — Wednesday
• $AMZN — Thursday
• $XOM, $CVX — Friday
📊 Economic data & major events:
• Wednesday — Federal Reserve interest-rate decision
• Thursday — Q3 GDP report
• Thursday — PCE inflation report
👀 THE BIG QUESTION:
Can Big Tech earnings restore confidence in the AI trade, or will investors continue questioning the enormous spending on artificial intelligence?
With the Fed decision, major earnings, and inflation data all arriving next week, Wall Street could be in for another volatile stretch.
🐂 Bulls or bears heading into Monday?
Enjoy your weekend, everyone! ☕📈

🚨 NASA JUST OPENED THE DOOR TO A $34 BILLION SPACE OPPORTUNITY.
But there’s something investors need to understand.
$34.06 BILLION — Maximum contract value.
$100 MILLION — Guaranteed minimum.
That’s a massive difference.
NASA is looking for commercial space stations to take over operations after the ISS retires.
Here’s the timeline:
• December 8, 2026 — Bidding deadline
• April 15, 2027 — Target contract award date
• 2030 — Planned ISS retirement
And one company I’m watching closely is $SPCX (SpaceX).
SpaceX already transports NASA astronauts with its Dragon spacecraft. Since the new contracts can include crew transportation, that existing capability could be a competitive advantage.
But here’s the part Wall Street shouldn’t ignore:
A $34 billion contract ceiling doesn’t mean $34 billion in guaranteed revenue.
Winning a contract doesn’t mean immediate cash flow.
And a massive opportunity doesn’t automatically translate into a profitable business.
The real winners will be the companies that turn government opportunities into funded contracts, growing backlogs, and actual revenue.
The next chapter of commercial space is beginning.
Which space stock do you think benefits the most? 🚀

This might be one of the most legendary resumes in business history. 🤯
Microsoft. Gates Foundation. TerraPower. Breakthrough Energy.
Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard and co-founded $MSFT with Paul Allen in 1975.
What started as a small software company helped transform the entire personal computing industry.
He went from writing code to building one of the most influential technology companies in history.
And he didn’t stop there.
After stepping away from Microsoft’s daily operations, Gates turned his attention to global health, clean energy, and next-generation nuclear technology.
As investors, sometimes you’re not just betting on a company’s financials.
You’re betting on someone who sees the future before everyone else does.
And Bill Gates might be one of the greatest examples of that.
Would you have invested in $MSFT back in 1975 if you knew Bill Gates was leading it? 👀

🚨 LARRY ELLISON JUST SHOWED HOW BILLIONAIRES PLAY THE GAME.
Instead of selling $7.5 BILLION worth of $ORCL shares, Oracle founder Larry Ellison decided to borrow against his investments.
According to the WSJ, Ellison pledged shares in:
🔹 $ORCL — Oracle
🔹 $TSLA — Tesla
🔹 $SPCX — SpaceX
🔹 $SKYD — Skydance (formerly Paramount)
And FIVE major banks are backing him:
🏦 $JPM — JPMorgan
🏦 $C — Citigroup
🏦 $HSBC — HSBC
🏦 $UBS — UBS
🏦 $BNPQY — BNP Paribas
Here’s why this matters:
By borrowing instead of selling, Ellison can access billions in liquidity while maintaining ownership of his investments and potentially avoiding immediate capital gains taxes.
The financing helped support his son David Ellison’s Warner Bros. Discovery takeover.
But there’s a catch.
Borrowing against stocks introduces serious risks if share prices collapse.
The wealthy don’t always sell their assets to fund their next investment. Sometimes they borrow against them.
Smart wealth management or too much leverage? 👀

🚨 SPACEX + TESLA = A $3.4 TRILLION EMPIRE? 🚀
Elon Musk has confirmed that $TSLA and $SPCX are exploring a potential merger.
Just imagine combining:
🚀 Space exploration & Starlink
🚗 Electric vehicles & autonomous driving
🤖 Artificial intelligence & robotics
⚡ Energy storage & infrastructure
🛰️ Satellites & global connectivity
At roughly $3.4T–$3.5T in combined valuation, this could become one of the most powerful technology companies on Earth.
⚠️ Nothing is finalized, and shareholder approval would be a major hurdle.
Would you support a SpaceX–Tesla merger, or are they better off as separate companies? 👀

🚨 GTA 6 COULD BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST GAMING EVENTS IN HISTORY. 🎮
Reports suggest the US economy could lose $1 BILLION in productivity on launch day as millions of Americans take time off to play.

🎮 $TTWO — Rockstar Games’ parent company and the biggest direct beneficiary.
🟢 $SONY — Potential boost to PlayStation sales.
🟢 $MSFT — Potential boost to Xbox sales.

🇪🇸 $GOOGL's Waymo plans fully driverless ride-hailing in the Madrid region in 2027, per Waymo's announcement. It's Waymo's second EU region after Munich.
Same playbook as the US: human drivers first, then safety drivers, then none.
The US already runs over 500,000 paid rides a week, per Waymo. Europe is still a plan.
If Spain hasn't approved driverless commercial rides by late 2027, the launch has slipped.
