I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Scientific evidence does not support claims that creatine causes soft tissue injuries in athletes. Reviews and studies, including of collegiate football players, show no increased injury risk and often lower rates of strains, cramping and total injuries among users. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC54… pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC23…

French Presidential Candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon: The Germans have always been Germans because they speak German and consider themselves Germans. Not the French. France was built around the state. We are a political construction, and we are more sensitive than any other people to politics.

Good looking people don't actually have easy lives. They are the receiving end of so much envy, stalking, and unhealthy obsessions from significantly uglier people. You only learn this after years of socializing with people, not by sitting and debate looks theory on an internet forum where most posters don't even step outside much. That good looking guy? Envied by other men who are scheming to ruin him. Bullied and called names by other guys who hate how much attention he gets. That hot girl? Gossiped about relentlessly by mids and uglier women. At the end of a lot of nasty rumors.

Men have gained essentially no jobs since Trump took office. Since December 2024, the US has added about 760,000 jobs, and nearly all of them went to women, per government payroll data

Replying to @Aristotle7777
This is part of the mechanism of JD Unwins observation that once a society abandons monogamy and enforced pre-marital chastity, civilisation fails within 3 generations.

When I was a teenager, life to me meant excitement and hope. Now? It's pessimism and existential dread, punctuated by moments of respite when I see beauty in nature or in sports. I guess this is adulthood for many.

At least 15 minutes of your Day should be spent in an Isometric Exercise… Hanging, Planking, & Horse Stance are my go toos. Sadly… most people rarely if ever do ISOMETRICS… Isometrics Build your TENDONS & Mental Endurance… 2 things most people desperately need…
Going to the gym just ain’t Practical & Convenient for most people. A far better Longterm Strategy is working out when you can, where you can, with what you can… throughout the day. By far the most Efficient & Superior Option for getting in & remaining in shape.

The most absurd part of this app is all the people on here who are crafting an identity just to actually make money and views. You wouldn't realise it at first but an enormous amount of accounts just do stuff here because it makes them Elon Bucks. IE: Gio Scotti guys.

I'm just gonna say it. The far right girls here with some kind of fetish for "Aryan guys" are weird and mentally ill. You have to realise that even if you're far right as a man, these types of girls are not normal. That is not a normal mindset for a person to have.

we have reached a point where financial stability is being marketed as an aspirational lifestyle rather than a reasonable expectation of adulthood. people are not asking for a yacht they are asking to purchase groceries without experiencing a fiscal crisis.

Biggest problem I have with the gym is that it feels less good and is less fun than a sport like running, swimming, boxing, etc. I go to the gym because it’s supposedly good for athletes but it’s the most boring sport for me in existence 😕just standing around and lifting…

As you get older you just want more peace and a stable life. You want to be less and less politically radical and hang out with garbage people who are just miserable and mean for a living. Humanity starts to trump politics. Even though the ideals are still there.

Not every country has to become the same. Serbia is Christian and European — women here are free without the hijab. Keep it that way.

It’s weird because in France I am 100% pro police and gendarmerie. They are pretty humble and awesome, with a few outliers during riots. But in Anglo countries, the police and laws are Orwellian. They’ll arrest people for saying a word, and not actual criminals.
🇬🇧 Nationalist live streamer Young Bob has been arrested, allegedly for using the word "Paki", an abbreviation of "Pakistani".
