It's unconstitutional NOW. When a Democrat POTUS & senate pack SCOTUS with KBJ clones, they will make it constitutional. It isn't what's in the constitution that has ever mattered. Discussing it in this manner tells me that "unconstitutional" isn't the same as "illegal". You're treating the Constitution as merely a suggestion which among other things, puts the oath that you swore in a MUCH different light.

Don't you think property taxes are unconstitutional? In 5 years mine have doubled in SL county...plus the "market value " is rediculous. Utah state snd local governments are robbing us blind. We need the Florida model
