IO does not benefit in stage I "high risk" dMMR endo ca. And considering prior RCTs have not shown a PFS or OS benefit to anyt form of RT (the "control" arm), I dont see a value to any postop therapy in these surgcially staged case at all. Enjoy

And full LND also done and over for even SLN positive cervical cancer based on PHENIX II. #IGCS2026 time for our field to stop full LND for clinically normal nodes in all cervix and endometrial cancer. SLN algorithm is all we need.
