I’m starting to think Caleb Williams might be one of the best QB’s in the NFL.
The arm talent, creativity, and throws he’s making right now… it’s special.

Ben Johnson said the next month will tell the Bears a lot about Coby Bryant's recovery from knee surgery and whether he can come back this season.
Original timeline was 4-6 months. Johnson said Bryant is "on track" but the next few weeks will be big.

“We talk every week. It’s a lot of time on task. We don’t want to take that magic out of his play.”

"I love where he is mindset-wise right now. No one is more critical of himself than he is right now."
- #Bears HC Ben Johnson on QB Caleb Williams.
🤷♂️ Relax everyone. This week was always the Target for his return and he doesn’t have to practice until Thursday. This was always the plan , especially after the Mini -Bye and Monday night game that followed . #DaBears
This is small brain thinking we have by our Media . No Wonder why Caleb cooked this guy in the Presser.

Josh Downs and Grover Stewart are the next players most likely to be traded during the Colts’ fire sale, per @AlbertBreer.
Indianapolis is actively fielding interest on both players.
Dan Bernstein is the most unserious and insufferable POS in Chicago . I don’t care what your opinion is on John as a broadcaster is . But he is lying here . He never met John and is joining his fellow buddies on the score with another hit piece out the door. This is why he became irrelevant in Chicago Media .
- Dan calling someone an elitist is objectively hilarious. Look in the mirror 🤡.
“Schriffen was an a**hole and pissed off a lot of hard working nice people when he walked in.”

Steve Smith Sr. DEFENDS Rome Odunze against fantasy football ‘Bust’ labels, explaining why the wide receiver is Essential to the Chicago Bears offense
“Without Rome, [Kalif] Raymond and [Luther] Burden lll just don’t become the type of players they are.”
"Rome is NOT a bust, and we need to stop throwing that word around just because someone doesn't live up to your exact expectations."
"Rome Odunze is a traditional, old-school wide receiver that people don't understand and respect until he's not there and then it's too late when he's gone."
"He's a starter who contributes heavily and makes this offense go”

To put @Schultz_Report’s latest into perspective he mentioned the #Bears looking for defensive help and not specifically DL or any other position.
They could very well take a “best player available” approach and go after who they believe elevates their defense most.
Buckner wanted back in SF .
Sources: The #Bears have had interest in trading for defensive help, including interest in DeForest Buckner, who wanted to be back in San Francisco.
Chicago is still scouring the defensive market and they’ve been linked to Khalil Mack by rival teams.
