Not one, but two Shockers in the @D1Softball Preseason Top 100, and one of only two schools with multiple players in the top 20!

It's this simple
Players...Two things will factor greatly in defining your career. 1. Time Spent-How much time are you spending preparing to be great outside of organized practice/games? 2. Sacrifice-What are you sacrificing on a daily basis to be great?

Player-led teams are almost always the best teams. Especially when upperclassman are the ones holding themselves and others accountable. If you wanna take the “next step” forward as a team or program, it’s gotta come from the players themselves in the locker room.

I’ll take gritty over flashy any day. A team full of gamers and fighters over a team full of “individuals” and complainers. Those Dudes will do some special things and the camaraderie will be like no other.
