Father,
I come before You with no mask and no pretense. Just me. Flawed. Worn. Honest.
You see every hidden corner of my heart. The parts I show others and the parts I keep locked away in shame. You know the thoughts I pretend not to think, the bitterness I nurse, and the doubts I try to silence. You see it all. And still, You stay. That alone brings me to my knees.
God, I confess that I have tried to be strong in my own strength. I’ve chased control instead of surrender. I’ve clung to pride, even when it left me empty. I’ve called You Lord with my lips while living like I’m the one on the throne.
But You are God, and I am not.
So here I am. No more hiding. No more pretending. Just a soul desperate to be real with You.
Search me, Father, and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends You and lead me in the path everlasting (Psalm 139:23–24). Break down every wall I’ve built against You. Tear up the roots of sin that still cling to the soil of my life. Heal the places that are still bleeding.
Give me a heart that longs for holiness more than comfort. A heart that fears being distant from You more than anything this world could throw at me.
Restore in me a joy that is not circumstantial. A faith that is not fake. A hunger for Your Word that outshines every empty pleasure. And when I fall short…because I will…remind me again of the cross, the blood, the mercy that never runs dry.
You are still good. Still faithful. Still God.
And I am still Yours.

You will all be happy to know that past and present presidents of the American College of Cardiology were there as well as all leaders in the field of research who innovate Cardiology. So happy to meet many women cardiologists leading the field. ❤️ I know firsthand what it takes to get to be a speaker and a leader in a specialty field. Bravo Ladies of the heart.
Meanwhile, It was really impressive for me to see how the field of Cardiology is advancing thanks to brave Drs. From valve restoration to stentectomy to pacemakers, the field is advancing rapidly to improve patients' quality of life. Now it’s time to add the microbiome to the mix. Those who attended the lecture now know what increases the bifidobacteria, what kills it, and the future of microbiome therapeutics. Sorry Corporate America, the cat is out of the bag. The can of worms or should I say microbes is FULLY OPEN. The consensus is I DID NOT SPREAD MISINFORMATION during the pandemic but I spread EARLY INFORMATION because I knew something no one knew… The microbiome … Specifically the importance of #Bifidobacteria

There is a whole community of mostly moms (and some dads) out there in the US today crying tears of joy. We have lived through years of being gaslit and ignored, fired from doctors offices, laughed at by relatives, apologized for, and unfriended. We knew that even the people too polite to negate us to our faces were thinking we were crazy when we told our stories.
One of the few people who took us seriously was .@RobertKennedyJr. He showed up. He read the studies. He wrote books. He formed @ChildrensHD and most of all he believed us.
We celebrated when he started his campaign because we knew that even if he didn't win, he started a national conversation.
We celebrated when he joined with @realDonaldTrump because again, our stories were finally being heard. And even if they didn't win, this was more than we hoped for.
We celebrate today even if he doesn't make it through the confirmation because we are heard. We had been so silenced we didn't think this was possible. We only had hope.
So celebrate my friends! This is a damn miracle. We are watching the beginning of the end of this nightmare.
