You need to be delusional if you want to be successful because your goals shape what you perceive. You won't notice the rare opportunity or life path if your goal isn't so big that others think you are crazy.

How to kill DEPRESSION (like a man).
1. Drag your body into sunlight even when your mind refuses, Light is medicine disguised as weather.
2. Lift something heavy. Your brain shuts up when your muscles take over.
3. Cut the people who drain you, Loyalty to poison is not loyalty.
4. Fix your sleep like it's a sacred ritual not an optional hobby.
5. Eat real food. Your mind can't run on sugar and sadness.
6. Keep your space clean, Chaos on the outside fuels chaos inside.
7. Speak your pain to one person you trust. Silence is where depression grows teeth.
8. Move every day, Walk, run, crawl if you must. Stagnant men rot.
9. Build a mission even a small one, Depression hates men with direction.
10. Forgive yourself for being human. Strength isn't pretending you're invincible. It's fighting anyway.
NOW GET UP N MOVE YOUR A$$.

Any partner can stand by you when times are great. But a real partner stays with you through your lowest moments and helps you become who you want to be without asking for anything in return except love, support, respect.
It’s why people often describe their partner as their “rock” - because it anchors their lives.

Be careful with the idea that ‘everyone is replaceable.’ Some people are truly one of a kind. If you lose them, life won’t hand you another version—you don’t meet certain souls twice.

Horrible day at the office.
Expensive lesson learned.
Only started playing 5 months ago... can you imagine the amount of untapped talent, particularly in Easter Cape!

The goal of everyday is to leave nothing in the tank.
No love in the tank.
No energy in the tank.
No work in the tank.
To go to sleep empty, with every ounce of potential squeezed out.
Then wake up and do it again tomorrow.
