The great Zoroastrian priest Rostam Shahzadi describes the main task of Zoroastrians and also states that ANYONE (who is genuine) can convert to Zoroastrianism.
It hasn’t been a day and this has already turned into a shit show. An encrypted website would have been better.
How can we trust this more than the QR code and how can we trust this time there’s a plan?
I don’t care if I get attacked anymore last time 50,000 Iranians got massacred with no plan for the days after, no meaningful defections. And we’re right back where we started with 50,000 people with potential gone.
“When Kartir, the Zoroastrian priest of the Sasanians, came to power, he started suppressing other religions and even destroyed some Buddhist monasteries in Afghanistan! In other words, the Zoroastrians had their own Taliban-like antics back in the day.”
The Parsi colonies in India did a great job preserving the architecture of the Achaemenians, Sassanians, and Ashkanians.
There’s Iranians named Changiz (Genghis) in Iran because we respect strength.
Mongols are viewed as a martial race of conquerors. I don’t hold modern day resentment personally, I find their lifestyle interesting.
I find it funny how Iranians shorten Islamic names like Mohammad becomes Mamad.
Mohammad Ali — Mamali.
Mohammad Hossein- Masanlu
They just be doing random stuff
My dad is Mohammad.
Every uncle on one side of the family is Mohammad.
Every cousin on that side is Mohammad.
Some of the cousins on the other side are Mohammad.
Most of my cousins’ husbands are Mohammad.
My best friends’ husbands are Mohammad.
That’s the reality.
It’s not racist. It’s just what the names are. Meanwhile Mehdi Hasan is still out here, as always screaming “racist” at anyone he doesn’t like.
The things people will write to avoid being called nomads has reached levels of insanity unforeseen.
Non-Kurdish nomads called themselves Kurds which meant nomad it’s really that simple.
The name KURD is just a continuum of the sumerian word KUR-TI which means the mountain people or in my opinion "those beyond the mountains".
There is nothing more to speculate and exaggarate.
Whereas the word "KURMANC" comes from "KUR" and "MANC".
KUR means SON and
MANC means HUMAN
Kurê Manc!
Its meaning in some other languages:
Turkish: Insan Oğlu
Arabic: Bani Nas/ Bani Adam
Persian: Beni Adem/ بنی آدم
German: MenschensKind / Menschen Sohn (byblical context)
English: Son of Man (byblical context)
French: le Fils de l'homme (byblical context)
Latin: filius hominis
Greek: ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου (ho huiòs toû anthrṓpou)
Hebrew: ben adam
Aramaic: bar ĕnāš
the etymology of Manc in Kurmancî and Mensch in German is from same root:
Mensch (german):
From Middle High German mensche, mensch, from Old High German mennisko, a substantivization of the adjective mennisk, from Proto-West Germanic *mannisk, from Proto-Germanic *manniskaz (“human”), from Proto-Germanic *mann- (“human, man”). Compare Yiddish מענטש (mentsh), Dutch mens, Danish menneske, Swedish människa, all with the primary sense of “person” or “human being”.
From Proto-Indo-European *mon- (“man”) or *men- (“to mind; to stay”).
Root
edit
*men- (perfective)
to think, mind
The same goes for "HUMAN" which is more interesting while the word is a combination of two words "HU" and "MAN". Again we see the component of "MAN". But what does "HU" hereby means?
Hu means in Kurmancî "to learn/ to get into sth., to experience" and the etymology is still not made by linguists. Human beings learn by doing at a time science was not evolved as we usually know from nowadays.
While Men/Man is meant "to think" and "to stay" it points to the conclusion that our forefather made a clearly difference between all the biological creatures. Hereby the only creature being able "to think" and stand on two legs is indeed the "human being". Both characteristics describe the distinction of human beings to animals or other creatures.
Kur-Manc is indeed not a name of a tribe which stands clearly for a peoples identity.
That is also the birth of the monotheistic faith where human is actually as son of human just a metaphoric creation of GOD!
Outside Russian and Georgian, Azerbaijan does not provide this metric for Talysh, Lezgin, Avar, Tsakhur, Udi, Kurdish, Khynalyg, Hebrew (Juri) etc…
Perhaps lead by example first before you use a Trojan horse for Pan-Turkish nationalism in our nation.
Fifty-five Azerbaijani NGOs have written an open letter to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, calling for schools in the Azerbaijani language in Iran.
The letter says millions of Azerbaijanis living in Iran should have the chance to study in their mother tongue, and calls for systematic teaching of Azerbaijani in schools, Azerbaijani-language secondary and higher education institutions, teacher training, and textbooks and curricula.
The NGOs say mother-tongue education as a matter of historical justice and respect for national and moral values, and say decisive steps under Pezeshkian's presidency would leave an indelible mark on the memory of millions of Azerbaijanis in Iran.
Ah yes Armenians, Georgians, Greeks, and Italians the famous “whites”

The supposed “Iranians” that pen these kinds of cold calculations with zero regards to its effect on the people, they are not to be at all trusted long term, even post-regime they will work with any foreign entity as an agent of sabotage, as long as it pays.
When the average Iranian is pro sanctions they imagine it will be swift and damage the regime only, you can call it perhaps naive, coupled with desperation, induced by the psychopathic regime not leaving them any other choice, at all.
However, these supposed experts who spell out the dire situations that will develop in food and medicine - which squarely affects the people intensely - and know exactly it will be a very long running pain and misery for the people, these types are completely indifferent to what happens to Iran and Iranians, as long as their foreign handlers win and their paycheck clears, they will gleefully support the downfall of Iran, by any means necessary.
We saw many of these types pre-Islamist revolution, the countless saboteurs that handicapped Iran for centuries doing the bidding of their foreign handlers, whether Soviets, British or CIA. By 1979 they were highly essential for the total destruction of Iran we see today.
Also, a lesson that physiognomy never lies.
In a piece published in Foreign Affairs by the Foundation for Defense of Democracy’s Miad Maleki, suspiciously published a mere 48 hours after the U.S. blockade of Iran was imposed (and also published one within HOURS), we see the REAL goal of the United States’ economic warfare campaign against Iran:
“Within weeks of a blockade, the country could run out of food…”
“A blockade will inhibit Iranian exports of all kinds—oil being the most important, but also petrochemicals—as well as imports of much of the country’s grain.”
“Iran is the largest importer of bulk grain and oilseed in the Middle East. Approximately 14 million of the 30 million tons of grain imported into Gulf markets annually are destined for Iran—all of it seaborne and all of it dependent on passage through the Strait of Hormuz. When the strait shut, grain deliveries to Iran’s primary port, Bandar Imam Khomeini, all but stopped.”
“Pharmaceutical and medical supply chains faced similar disruptions.”
First of all, let’s take a moment to acknowledge how CLEARLY one of the primary goals of the U.S. blockade is to create food and medical supply shortages within Iran.
Secondly, let’s take a moment to acknowledge how comically STUPID the Foundation for Defense of Democracy has been throughout the ENTIRE Iran War, including the claim that “within weeks of the blockade, Iran could run out of food”…
A) You’re sick.
B) You’re stupid.
Not just that they learnt torture and suppression of protests from the Chinese communist party. A democratic republic of China (Taiwanese) incisively came into an Iranian space and educated us on their crowd suppression tactics.
Rudaki Samadi (1964–2001)
Leader of the Zoroastrian community in Tajikistan and founder of the Scientific and Cultural Association “Mazdayasna.”
He worked to revive the ancient faith and pre-Islamic Iranian-Tajik heritage in Dushanbe directing the film Zarathustra, organizing Nowruz, Mehrgan and Sada, and openly promoting Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds.
Mobed Kamran Jamshidi of Sweden, the first Mobed of the Nordic countries, traveled to Tajikistan several times to support this work and the Mazdayasna association.
On 4 July 2001 he was shot multiple times in central Dushanbe. Those who knew him have always said he was killed for his faith and his efforts to restore the ancestral religion. The case remains unsolved.
May his soul attain Garothman Behesht.
Anahita (Nahid) is a Zoroastrian Goddess. The only aspect that remains of Armenians Zoroastrian culture is Trndez. Which it is similar to Sadeh.
Many Kings in Kavkaz were martyred for refusing to accept Christianity and stood strong in their Zoroastrian faith, may their courage never be forgotten.
My family was amongst those that worked with the imperial army to oust the communist separatists

Yes. Eyewitness accounts from December 1946, including US Consul Sutton in Tabriz and journalist Christopher Sykes, report residents thronged the streets cheering the Shah and Iranian army as Pishevari’s Soviet-backed regime collapsed. Locals overthrew Democratic officials themselves amid widespread relief.
