Stop using names like Storm Austen or Storm Boelo. Let's call them Storm Exxon and Storm Shell, just to remind us who's to blame.

Come on BBC & MSM let’s hear you ask the:
Conservatives
Reform
Lib Dem’s
Why they LOST so badly in Holborn & St Pancras-we’re waiting
If Sadiq Khan is a trans ally, why is he allowing JK Rowling’s Harry Potter to take over the Christmas lights in Oxford Circus? Email him now and ask him to pull the plug on transphobia. goodlaw.social/7add0c

So sad to see. We had free dentists, free education, free eye tests, we owned all the services, rail, telecoms, water, gas, electric, masses of social housing, EU benefits, convalescent homes, we were conned out of all this to make money. To give cash to the rich. #r4today

Vote Reform to close nurseries for young children.
Vote Reform for fewer services and higher bills
Good. Funnily enough these pleas for anonymity are almost all cases involving men accused of abusing women in some way. holdthefrontpage.co.uk/2026/…

As an antidote to the poison being thrown at the @RNLI, I give you Bill Bryson.
Waiting for Rowling to pay some tin eared tribute to the wonderful Gloria Steinem, who supported trans rights.

I manage 4 employees who work at least fifty percent from home. I rarely have to even check in on them. How do I know they are working?
BECAUSE THE WORK GETS DONE.
Micromanaging is a disease of the ego.
Billionaire John Morgan reveals 23 employees quit the first week he put cameras on work from home computers…
“We're going to put a camera on your computer… We're going to put a camera up your a**… The first week, 23 people quit. It's not that they don't want to work from home. They don't want to f***ing work.”

I really just like how basically every study shows that students do better with less homework and workers perform better with more vacation days and shorter shifts, yet we do the exact opposite because of outdated, guilt-driven “work is suffering” values and toxic hustle culture.
The @guardian website is getting harder to read than a local newspaper website. The constant pop ups are awful. (And no, while it may be one of the least awful sources of news, it's not worth subscribing to.)

People of Clacton, @ByDonkeys have absolutely lifted the lid here.
You pay Farage £94k to be your MP. He’s hardly ever there.
Meanwhile his 12 other jobs have paid him £1,182,498 since the election, Mayfair gold dealers, tax-avoidance passport hustlers, US anti-abortion outfits, thousands of Cameo videos, the lot.
He who pays the piper dictates the tone.
When the bigger cheques come from multimillionaires and foreign interests, what makes you think he’s representing you?

Please keep sharing this story. The longer @Nigel_Farage’s crimes, money laundering and £5m bribe stay front and centre in the news, the more damage he suffers. He’s on the ropes, let’s deliver the killer blow 👍 theguardian.com/politics/202…
Here’s a double standard: there’s no record of Farage making any public statements when Jeremy Corbyn’s face was used as target practice by the military. Or actually any of the people complaining about a share of a picture in which one person is wearing an inflammatory T-shirt.
2/2 Farage whenConnolly urges setting fire to hotels housing immigrants: "‘Starmer’s Britain is [...]turning into a police state, where we must all learn to fear the knock on the door simply for something we say." (No one who shared the tweet was prosecuted.)
1/2 Farage when Polanski shares a post which happens to have someone wearing an inflammatory T shirt: '“If I was to post anything as inciteful then I would expect to be arrested".
