I moved from Seattle to Newton, IOWA for 3 years to coach hoops (school’s 1st black head coach of anything). The school had not experienced 3 winning hoop seasons since the 1960’s. We got to State, had 3 winning seasons, won a COY, developed 2 D1 kids and moved back home.

Well..... at least THEY LOST 🦆 UW just needs to make the necessary changes to get better. The time is NOW! If the Bruins can do it, we can rebuild the right way too!

This is BAD! I'm so PISSED that we have to start over AGAIN, but this is not going to work. UW Football should never look like this!

I know it's Game 1 but I expected more offensively from this Husky Team. #AppleCup

FYI: There's a BS narrative going around that Washington denied the Cougar marching band entry into Husky Stadium on Sunday. Complete fabrication. The Apple Cup contract itself calls for the home team to provide 400 comp tickets and 2K tickets for purchase. Visiting schools can determine how they want to use those tickets, including space for their own marching band. Hearing Washington's own band director even reached out to the WSU Band Director, asking how they could help alleviate travel costs, including potentially finding deals on hotels. With no response. The choice to not bring the band to Seattle for the game Sunday was made by WSU. And nobody else.

Myers needs some competition in practice when the team gets home to push or replace him. I'm not doing this all season. We're too good to have kicking issues. #Seahawks

Did I forget to mention how much I dislike the NFL preseason games? Yes, I get it... 2nd & 3rd string guys fighting for jobs playing bland no frills football. So exciting....... 🫩

The @Mariners have a star in Kade Anderson. A M's fan who grew up in Detroit watching the @tigers. This kid on the mound reminds me of the first time I watched Frank Tananna pitch in Tiger's Stadium.
