This is a comment on a video I made back in Jan 2025 titled: "I’m investing $6,000/Month into the S&P 500. Here’s Why"
I invested over $350k last year into the S&P and QQQ alone and have continued to invest $10k - $20k/mo this year
It's days like today where I feel bad for the people who sell WAY too early, complain the markets are at ATH when they're only 20-30 years old, or are trying to time the next "crash"
How many ATH's do these people have to see before they finally stop being a pussy?

Your joints degenerate. muscle wastes away, nervous system burns out, tissue degrades.
Repeated cardiac strain causes chronic energy deficits, high cortisol, and suppressed hypothalamic signaling. Your natural antioxidant function can't keep up with the constant catabolic damage.
Endurance athletes have up to 10x greater prevalence of Atrial fibrillation. Everybody has heard of a health freak athlete who died of sudden heart complications. Now we're seeing increased incidence of colon cancer in long-distance runners.
I'm all for people destroying themselves in pursuit of greatness, but lets not pretend that endurance training is good for you.

This is why I borderline/teeter totter with being broke with my fiat paper currency money. I just put as much as humanly possible (I still need to pay for daily stuff like bills, gas, food) into assets like gold, silver, and BTC. My money is going to be devalued so why not park it somewhere real? Money is just a combination of time and labor, and with it being systemically hyper inflated, your labor and time is becoming of less and less value.
