Ups … nearly a full country and it’s Government. For how long will business and policy makers continue to downplay and to some extent ignore this disastrous threat to society and it’s people. The cruelty conducted by those doing the attacks has no limits.
Indonesia's national data center was hacked. The cybercriminals are demanding $ 8 Million, and the country is refusing to pay. Over 200 government agencies have been impacted by the attack.

Facing more than 30 lawsuits from victims of its massive data breach, 23andMe is now deflecting the blame to the victims themselves.

ALT 23andMe says it's your fault that your data was breached. In a letter sent to a group of users who are suing the company, 23andMe said that “users negligently recycled and failed to update their passwords following these past security incidents.”

It is a well known strategy within some Governments, some politicians and - in this case - some business to blame others of your own faults.
