We enrolled a company with 30 employees for a Bitcoin Savings Plan this morning and I got to do the employee meeting myself.
This is one of the unique things about @Block_Rewards. There are other ways to buy bitcoin through payroll but we support the employer in the process.

I wrote my first book- Bitcoin for Financial Advisors back in 2022. It's one I've wanted to revisit, & the 2nd Edition is out today.
It's relevant now for advisors across the USA, UK, Canada, & Australia. If your financial professional doesn't get it, this is meant for them.

I’m the guest this week on the @kellybroganmd podcast. This was an exciting step out of the Bitcoin podcast circuit for me. It was great to have an intellectually honest conversation with someone who didn’t have a strong opinion and just asked great questions.

The Age of Time is a book about civilization.
How humans coordinate, create meaning, and carry it forward across generations.
It explores consciousness and identity as consensus processes.
How the mind assembles continuity, and how societies do the same at scale.
It traces the rise of mechanical time as a solution to coordination.
A system that allowed humanity to agree on sequence when we could no longer share place.
It looks to architecture as memory. What past civilizations built, and what their creations reveal about how they thought in time.
And it asks a deeper question:
What happens when our model of time changes?
For centuries, time has shaped our perception of reality.
We inherit it without question.
But the system we use compresses experience into an ever-narrowing present.
The signs are everywhere: we build for disposal, optimize for return, and treat time as an input cost.
Bitcoin introduces something different.
A process that transforms perception through participation.
A clock that does not accelerate.
A system where order and value converge.
It points toward a new civilizational relationship with time.

I first got into Bitcoin in 2020 because I thought government spending would destroy pensions and naively thought the answer was for pensions to start allocating to btc.
Pensions really aren't cut out to hodl and I'm not sure I believe the existing system will reliably survive the next 20 years anyways.
The answer is people saving in Bitcoin so they don't need a pension.

If you spent the last 2 weeks worrying about how low the Bitcoin price might go it's worth considering how much energy and attention gets consumed with things completely out of our control.
A young man once asked a Daoist monk how to stop worrying. The monk responded:
"You worry because your mind is grasping for control.
It tries to assert its power over powerless situations and aims to shield you from the imagined dangers of the future.
But we can never see the future for what it will actually bring. The best we can do is imagine. Therefore, worrying is your mind causing itself pain.
There exists one remedy for this affliction, and this is trust.
You must trust that you will meet the problems of the future the same way you have met and overcame the problems of the past.
Problems themselves are an inevitable and natural part of life. Trust that you will overcome them, and you will gain power over your worries."
Bitcoin will go lower and it will go higher. So far entertaining the calls for 87k seem to have been a waste of time. Worrying won't change anything anyways.
The emotional roller coaster that comes with the volatility of Bitcoin is mostly self inflicted and entirely optional.

Another episode is live! This time @PrestonPysh and I dive into the science of aging. Boy is it hard to talk about a subject you’re not fluent in discussing 😂 But, we had a blast, and this book definitely gave me a deeper understanding of the intersection of aging, genes, supplements…
As always, I’m unbelievably grateful to be apart of this series. Enjoy!
In today's episode, @PrestonPysh and @sebbunney talk about Lifespan by David Sinclair, unpacking his ideas on epigenetics, Yamanaka factors, NMN, and how AI could reshape the science of longevity.
