Cool. Which other constitutional rights should we destroy because you are a marine?
As a Marine and dad, I’m voting Yes on 9 to keep assault weapons off our streets.

In Massachusetts, frames/receivers (treated as firearms) and large capacity magazines cannot be shipped directly to private homes; they require licensed dealer transfer with background checks or are prohibited, and unserialized ghost guns are banned.

If you are regulating a filament based on how it is marketed, with it magically becoming a "firearm precursor part" based on that marketing, then you are not regulating guns but rather speech.
These people hate free speech as much as gun rights.
San Diego County is suing filament maker Polymaker, alleging its "Come and Make It" marketing made 3D-printer filament a regulated "firearm precursor part." It seeks up to $2,500 per violation; the complaint says it doesn't seek to ban filament sales.

The fighter jet version of this argument is way better than the drone one lol.
This type of drones themselves being an invention of guerrilla forces used to resist a much more powerful and equipped enemy.
Then adopted by Ukraine... who used it again a larger, more equipped enemy lol.
Ukraine has a drone industry now, but for the longest time many of these drones were being built on commercial printers inside volunteers house's.
It's the worst possible example you can pick.

It was a cop who lost his fucking gun lol
Not a single law would have stopped this, let alone ones you push that exempt them from everything.
TERRIFYING: A three-year-old boy was found with a loaded handgun last week at a daycare in Michigan.
The firearm was passed around between toddlers and discovered by a teacher. No one was harmed, but this could have been so much worse.

It is pertinent information that the father of 3 year-old found with the gun is employed as a police officer with the Detroit Police. The department placed the officer on administrative leave and will further review the incident with disciplinary measures to be considered. nytimes.com/2026/10/01/us/…
Handgun belonged to a police officer, the people organizations like yours exempt from the laws you try to pass.
Shut the fuck up Chris.

Good news! Given you now admit you understand that taxes are passed to consumers and raise costs, you can cut all sorts of taxes in the blue states you run!
Broad tariffs suck, I said that from day one. But Democrats have no fucking right to bitch about them, when they embrace literally every other kind of tax.
Anyone who votes Dem due to tariffs is a sucker. Just look at blue states. Tariff expense doesn't even crack top five of the tax burdens a Californian faces.

This is infuriating!
Not their stupid opinions, that is nothing new, but that I am AGAIN not mentioned at all in an E-town hit piece.
It feels personal at this point.

Brooke Goldstein sat on a CNN panel and did the one thing that table almost never allows. She spoke as someone who actually went.
Two years in and out of Jenin, Ramallah, Tulkarem, and Nablus. Interviews with Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, not through a press release and not through a translator who works for the story. They told her to her face that they want war. That is not a talking point she invented in a green room. That is what they said.
The rest of the table looked the way people look when the script gets interrupted. They have never been in Samaria or Judea. They have never watched the propaganda machine operate on the ground and then come home to hear it repeated as news. They sit on a sofa in a studio and decide what Israel is allowed to do, while the people who have been there keep getting treated as the problem for noticing that this is an ideology that teaches children to love death and then parks those children in front of the launcher.
She said the quiet part without raising her voice. It is not only Hamas. It is what the schools print. It is what the commanders admit. It is why there can be food in the Strip and still be starvation, because Hamas treats the warehouse the same way it treats the tent.
CNN will air the clip, then go back to calling itself journalism, and still act wounded the next time someone says the network is selling a product instead of a report.
@GoldsteinBrooke already did the work they refuse to do. They just did not like hearing it at their own table.

Lol it really is one of the dumber analogues.
"In the founding era, minors could elect to void contracts they had entered into. That means that we can ban legal adults from buying guns today!"
Replying to @MorosKostas
But states made it hard for minors to enter into contracts. Surely that's analogue enough.

Remember when I sued you in both state and federal court to open the beaches of Orange County that you maliciously closed, and you lifted the order so as to moot our cases before the hearings? You knew it back then too, Governor.

Reasons why you shouldn't give up your guns:
1. The Second Amendment
2. The people demanding you do so have formed a bit of a death cult.
