Wow I hadn't paid attention but our distribution charge is up to 22.2c a kwh with seperate line items for Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Distributed solar, Net Metering and Electric Vehicles. On top of 13.7c k supply we are at a cool 36c a kwh. Who is screaming about regulatory malfeasance here in Mass? 😂
And on top of that electrification is driving a lot of the spending on the distribution side lmao so that 9c includes a piece too from the GMP and ESMP
