When it comes to sleep, sleep CONSISTENCY is very important to address
Waking up & going to bed around the same time frame is ideal (+/- 30 min)
Don't ONLY focus on how much sleep you're getting, also focus on when you're going to sleep and waking up
Work on that consistency
Her work ethic is unmatched! What she does off the court is beyond impressive. Very proud of what she’s done to be a consistent force on the court

Why was it so bad?
Because I fell victim to the paradox of the product goal. I.e, the more I focused on it, the worse it got.
