Appears that the $APESTR contract has been exploited and the person now has 200 Mudwater packs they are unloading onto the market..(~$14k of value) if they sell at current floor.
Packs are actively being dumped into bids - 156 remain
One thing I liked about Apefest was that focus in rewarding the community for showing up.
Mutant holders and BAYC holders being rewarded equally becuase they came to the family gathering.
A mutant who turned up got 2.4 x a BAYC holder who didnt.
I have to think that is purposeful
And I quite like the idea as long as we can some how accommodate those in more remote locations.
So current base resale for a pack of mudwater cards after being opened is .8 sol..
Current pack prices is .92
Add fees and I'm guessing its around .2 ro .3 sol for the gamble

I have a mudwater question.
What happens if you damage a card ,then send it back to vault .
Someone else wins it, do they get the damaged card or a new mint of it?
What i love about the mudpack concept is how it is pushing the edges of how we do physical/digital collectables.
Opening every pack at the warehouse, taking a photo of each, Cataloguing, storing identifiers on the blockchain is quite a huge task

Wouldn't have happened if I stayed home.
Apefest was awesome, plenty of events , Charelston an awesome venue . Beautiful small city .
The community . Thousands of apes gathered from around the world , a full spread of culture, age, wealth, gender and all you see is a fellow ape.
The bond that these silly jpgs create is real , its strong and i love being a part of it

still see some misunderstandings about the digital <> physical nature of mudwater.
every digital pack is backed by a physical pack.
every digital case is backed by a physical case.
every rip is paired to a sequential physical rip, handled by professionals in a secure room within a warehouse. Filmed, hashed, published onchain, and metadata is applied to your card at rip time.
the fee for ripping is largely in place to cover the cost of the above labor. There's also Solana rent and metaplex fees x10 (once for each card) that's all paid by our relayer.
