PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE ON TOURISM
Parliamentary committee on tourism is chairman by a younger legislator Hon OKOT BONIFACE.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the whole committee at a tourism gathering yesterday evening.
Never seen a tourism committee do this before but also deeply interested in understanding how tourism can help Uganda.
They have been meeting association leadership whole of this week, they asked me why I didn’t appear and I told them I was in any public leadership.
They invited me to share thoughts on how best tourism matters can be handled and yes, am looking forward to that as well.
Hon @Thomas_Tayebwa , they are excited about THE TOURISM WEEK early 2027 God willing. Going to invest in more time from Oct 2026.
