Iran, Elections, Epstine, Ukraine, The Fed, crypto, AI, the dollar... the market controling narrative can change daily.
Use a process to make decisions and execute. There are no shortcuts, only risk management and moving forward.
Taking profits is never a bad move.
I remember when I publicly shared that I had taken profits on XRP at my first exit target of $2.70 back end of 2024. I got absolutely ripped apart on X for it.
But here’s what people need to understand. We have always encouraged taking profits, building cash flow, diversifying into other asset classes, and protecting your financial ecosystem.
On October 10, 2025, the crypto market experienced roughly $19 billion in liquidations following escalating trade tensions and President Trump’s tariff announcement. I took that opportunity to rotate capital back into XRP and accumulate more.
This is exactly why I have such a problem with unrealistic price predictions, hopium, and influencers creating the perception that they have inside knowledge.
Nobody has a crystal ball. Nobody knows exactly what comes next.
The problem is that people become emotionally attached to predictions instead of building a logical investment strategy. Then, when the very influencers who spent years promoting an asset suddenly turn negative, their followers panic.
And that panic can lead to emotional financial decisions that could negatively impact their families for years to come.
Warriors, this is why I encourage you to build an ecosystem, not just a portfolio.
Stop the tribalism. Stop treating price predictions as promises. Stop assuming someone with a large following has access to information the rest of us don’t.
We are all doing the best we can with the information available to us. The objective is not to be right about every price prediction. The objective is to make intelligent decisions, take profits when appropriate, protect capital, build cash flow, and create a legacy our families can be proud of.
Let me be very clear.
XRP is my number one crypto holding, and I intend to keep it that way.
But I am not married to any asset.
I will continue taking profits on the way up, and my strategy remains to hold 50% of my position for its long-term potential.
That is not a lack of conviction. That is discipline.
You can believe deeply in an asset while still managing risk and protecting your family’s financial future.
The greatest investors understand that patience, emotional stability, and risk management matter just as much as conviction.
Never allow someone else’s emotional instability, unrealistic expectations, or lack of a financial ecosystem to influence decisions you and your family may regret for years to come.
Stay calm. Stay disciplined. Think logically. Build your ecosystem.
You do not need to predict the future to prepare for it.
With love,
Coach JV

US mortgage demand is down to historic lows:
US purchase mortgage applications index fell -2% last week, to 131 points, its 2nd-lowest since January 2025.
This also marks the 6th-lowest weekly reading since 1995, down -32% since January.
As a result, US mortgage applications are now -50% below the pre-pandemic levels seen in 2019.
This comes as the 30Y fixed mortgage rate has risen +120 basis points since February, to 7.18%, near its highest since November 2023.
Rates have now been above 7.0% for 7 consecutive weeks.
The US housing market is frozen.
I have an idea for a reality TV show.

What will happen to oil prices?
🇮🇱 🇮🇷 🇺🇸 Eisenkot just won 67 recommendations to replace Netanyahu... and a new war with Iran could be Netanyahu’s way back in.
Danny Citrinowicz, who once ran the Iran branch of Israeli military intelligence, says Netanyahu wants to repeat what he did after October 7, when the war pulled Benny Gantz into a government Netanyahu controlled:
“It will create the notion of emergency. We’re fighting our biggest enemy, and we have to have a government under him.”
With the window in Washington closing once the new Congress is sworn in, Netanyahu is pressing Trump hard to strike now, before that chance disappears for good.

Still buying tech stocks eh?
🇺🇸🇮🇷 Iran-linked ships have been spotted making suspicious movements directly above critical underwater internet cables in the Gulf of Oman.
At least four vessels, including three U.S.-sanctioned tankers, have reportedly slowed down, circled cable routes and switched off their tracking systems at unusual moments.
Maritime intelligence firm Windward says their movements are consistent with potentially mapping cable locations or placing explosives, although no sabotage has been confirmed.
The activity follows explicit warnings from Iran's Revolutionary Guard that underwater internet cables, AI facilities and data centers could become targets if the U.S. and Israel launch another bombing campaign.
The stakes are enormous.
Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar depend entirely on cables passing through the Strait of Hormuz for international internet connectivity.
Damaging them could disrupt banking transactions, communications, cloud computing and digital businesses across the Gulf.
With Washington continuing to move military assets toward the region, Tehran appears to be signaling that another war could threaten far more than oil shipments.

A @RepThomasMassie @TuckerCarlson ticket?
🚨🇺🇸 The next Republican nominee might not be a politician at all... and the early favorite is TUCKER
Mike Madrid, the Republican strategist, says if Tucker wants the 2028 nomination it's his, because Tuesday proved Trump is beatable, his own party now sees him as more liability than asset, and in Mike's words the jackals are circling a wounded gazelle.
He expects the Democratic side to get hijacked the same way, by a celebrity with a massive cultural and social media following, a Mark Cuban, a Jon Stewart, an Oprah, since the party's approval numbers with its own base look exactly like the GOP's did in 2010, right before the Tea Party took it over.
That could mean a Tucker versus Jon Stewart debate in 2028, and Mike points out it would draw record interest... a rematch of their Crossfire fight from the Iraq years, this time for the White House.

China going where the best source of cheap labor is to be found.
Caixin: "Chinese companies are flocking to Africa, but with the emphasis on building factories rather than exporting goods, as the continent’s growing population and industrialization drive create new opportunities for manufacturers facing slowing demand and fierce competition at home."

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran says the Strait of Hormuz will stay closed until the U.S. meets its demands.
Mohsen Rezaei, Iran's top security official, says Washington needs to fully accept Iran's 7 conditions and actually follow through before Tehran will reopen the waterway.
And Iran wants some big things in return, including an end to the U.S. naval blockade on its ports, access to its frozen money, and an end to the war on all fronts.
Rezaei says meeting those conditions would open the door to diplomacy, but he also had a warning for Washington.
If Iran is attacked again, he says it will hit back with new weapons and deliver what he called "crushing blows."
So Iran is leaving the door open for talks, but it's making clear that the Strait of Hormuz won't reopen unless its demands are met.

The Iran war is all Tuckers fault.
Everyone blaming Trump is missing the point and should be ashamed of themselves. He is our leader against the forces of madness -- and a large part of why we lost last night is because of lunatics like Tucker and MTG and Massie who tried to peel away his followers, as if THEY had better solutions. They are like Horatio Gates and Charles Lee who backstabbed Washington when things looked bad in late 1776. They refused to help him, hoping he would lose so that they could rise. THEY FAILED. And were ultimately humiliated. In the meantime Washington and his men suffered bitterly but fought on and on, praying that God would be with them, knowing that He was their only hope, because it was His battle and His cause, and they were obliged to fight on in that cause, knowing the ultimate results were in His hands. Samuel Adams and John Adams and many others never lost faith in the Sacred Cause and KNEW that if they fought on and prayed God would be with them. The United States did not come into the world because of people who were mostly concerned about gas prices. It came into the world because patriots loved liberty more than their own lives, who were willing to do the right thing and trust God with the results. Many sat on the fence as Washington and his troops suffered -- and many opposed him openly. We have many like that today, but in the end God needs his Gideon's 300 to fight on and do what is right. Are you part of that 300? Jesus is always and ever our only hope, and He calls us to fight for what is right as we look to Him. Just because things look bad now doesn't mean God has abandoned us. If you care more about gas prices than liberty and truth and justice, you're part of the problem. May this dark moment drive us to our knees in repentance and prayer to the One Who is our only hope, Who is the Author of Truth and Liberty -- and America. And may it lead us to political and cultural actions that restore our nation to the liberty we have lost. God has chosen President Trump for this hour. Pray for the nation and trust God to lead us on.

Most Americans think the Revolution began with tea in Boston Harbor.
It did not. It began with a search warrant.
In 1761, British officers demanded writs of assistance. Permanent, general warrants that let them search any colonist's home without cause. James Otis called it the worst instrument of arbitrary power ever found in English law. A man's house is his castle, he said. This writ would destroy that.
He lost. And it lit the fuse.
That is why the Fourth Amendment exists. The founders wrote it so no government could ever do this again. Warrants must be specific. Probable cause required. Your home, papers, and effects protected.
Now the government wants a writ of assistance for the internet.
Online child safety laws demand digital ID for everyone. Once it exists, nothing you do online is private. Then AI watches it, CBDCs let them freeze your money, and social credit scores you for obedience.
Same power. Same excuse of safety and order. Same fight.
The founders did not ask permission to protect their privacy. They pledged their lives for it.
