🚨 SEAL-GATE: Georgia Edition
Georgia law says SEB “shall adopt a seal” AND bylaws.
OLD SEB: ✅ Embossed seal
✅ Signed minutes
✅ Actual official-document stuff
2026 SEB: 🎉 NEW GIANT SEAL REVEAL!
Meanwhile… where are the bylaws? 🤷♂️
And somebody please answer the truly pressing question:
WHO HAS THE OG EMBOSSER? 😂🔎
Same statute. New seal. Plenty of questions.

Hard to believe this has happened
🚨 GEORGIA YOUR SECRET BALLOT MAY NOT BE SO SECRET!
That warning came TODAY from Dr. Ben Adida, an MIT-trained cryptography and election-security expert, testifying before Georgia’s State Board of Elections
Adida explained that identifiers associated with Georgia’s cast vote records can be mathematically analyzed to reconstruct the order in which ballots were cast.
His words:
“A little bit of math can easily reconstruct the order of the cast ballots.”
“This is very bad, and it needs to be addressed.”
He also said updated software has been available for years.
If Georgia has known about this vulnerability, why are we still using software with it in 2026?
Don’t take my word for it.
🎥 WATCH DR. BEN ADIDA EXPLAIN IT HIMSELF. 👇

The #SophieCunningham finger point effect
🚨 HOW MANY NUDGES DOES THE SEB NEED? 👇
Georgia law says the State Election Board “shall” adopt bylaws.
@IAM_JanelleK today:
“We haven’t had bylaws for 60 years.”
“We’re not rushing.”
“We can wait a couple of months.”
The Board says the process started about 2 years ago.
Two years isn’t rushing.
Fulton County board of elections has bylaws.
This isn’t rocket science.
Put them on the agenda. Debate them. Amend them. VOTE.
Maybe it’s time for the Sophie Cunningham finger-point nudge. 👇
The General Assembly didn’t say MAY.
It said SHALL.

I love the Sophie effect!
Going for the Sophie Cunningham effect at today’s Georgia State Election Board meeting. 👉😂
No technical fouls planned. Just one simple question:
Has the State Election Board adopted the bylaws required by Georgia law since 1964? Even Fulton County elections board has published bylaws.
If not, when will the existing draft bylaws be placed on a public agenda for consideration and a vote?
Maybe a little Sophie Effect will help make the point. 👉🇺🇸

Staggering #’s
WIRED reported ~1.6 MILLION images recovered from ONE Flock camera over ~21 days.
That’s ~76,000 images/day.
Scale that across 120,000 cameras:
76,000 × 120,000 ≈ 9.1 BILLION images/day.
⚠️ Not a measured national total — a worst-case extrapolation.
But the potential scale is staggering.

WHY IS GAVIN NEWSOM’S CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL SHOWING UP 33,708 TIMES IN A FLOCK AUDIT FROM TINY LUMPKIN COUNTY, GEORGIA? ARE WE BEING WATCHED?
DAHLONEGA, GEORGIA — California is roughly 2,000 miles away.
Lumpkin County is a small North Georgia mountain community, home to Dahlonega.
So explain this:
Why does the California Highway Patrol appear 33,708 times in just one month of Lumpkin County’s Flock Safety Network Audit?
That number is not speculation. It comes directly from records obtained from the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office for November 2025. The California Highway Patrol appears 33,708 times in that one-month audit.

Can Flock sell Flock?
If ownership changes, who controls the infrastructure, access and licenses connected to this massive surveillance network?

Public outrage is what forced the Flock surveillance issue into the spotlight.
So now, while new Flock legislation is being shaped, the answer is to have legislators, law enforcement and Flock at the table — but not the public?
The very people who raised the alarm should not be invited in only after the bill is written and given 120 seconds at a microphone.
If the public brought the problem to light, the public deserves a seat at the table while the solution is being written.
The public will be invited to participate (after the bill is crafted ) at the legislative hearings which will allow 120 seconds per participant to voice their concerns according to the legislator leading the way.

THE AMERICAN SURVEILLANCE SOVEREIGNTY ACT
Purpose
To protect Americans from the creation, sale, transfer, misuse, or foreign exploitation of surveillance information collected by private companies working with federal, state, or local governments.
Congress finds that location, license-plate, facial-recognition, biometric, communications, and other surveillance information can reveal where Americans live, work, worship, travel, associate, protest, and conduct their daily lives.
That information is a matter of personal liberty and national security.
1. NO SALE OF AMERICANS’ MOVEMENTS
A government surveillance contractor may not sell, license, trade, monetize, or otherwise transfer information concerning the movements or activities of Americans.
Government surveillance data is not a commercial asset.
2. NO FOREIGN ACCESS
Surveillance information collected under a government contract may not be accessed, stored, processed, controlled, or transferred to:
a foreign adversary;
a company controlled by a foreign adversary;
foreign intelligence services; or
any unauthorized foreign person or entity.
Sensitive government surveillance databases involving Americans shall be stored and controlled in the United States.
3. GOVERNMENT CANNOT OUTSOURCE ITS WAY AROUND THE LAW
A private company collecting or processing surveillance information on behalf of government shall be subject to the same privacy, access, retention, disclosure, auditing, and legal restrictions that would apply if the government operated the system itself.
Government may not accomplish through a contractor what it would otherwise be prohibited from doing directly.
4. EVERY SEARCH MUST LEAVE A PERMANENT AUDIT TRAIL
Every government search of a private surveillance database must permanently record:
who performed the search;
when it occurred;
the law-enforcement or governmental purpose;
the associated case or incident number, when applicable;
what databases or networks were searched; and
whether information was downloaded, exported, or shared.
Audit records may not be secretly altered or deleted.
5. THE PUBLIC GETS TO WATCH THE WATCHERS
Every participating government agency shall publish regular transparency reports showing:
number of authorized users;
number of searches;
number of searches audited;
number of searches flagged;
number of policy violations;
number of accounts suspended or revoked;
outside agencies granted access; and
confirmed incidents of unauthorized use.
No private citizen’s plate number, location, victim information, or other protected personal information shall be publicly disclosed.
Transparency should expose the surveillance system—not the people being surveilled.
6. KNOW WHO OWNS AND BUILDS THE SYSTEM
Before purchasing surveillance technology, government agencies must publicly disclose: the contractor; significant corporate ownership;
major subcontractors;
countries in which sensitive components are manufactured; where government data is hosted;
who may access that data; and whether any foreign entity has ownership, control, technical access, or data access.
Federal national-security authorities may prohibit government use of systems presenting an unacceptable foreign intelligence or cybersecurity risk.
7. REAL CONSEQUENCES FOR ABUSE
Knowingly using government surveillance systems for personal, political, commercial, retaliatory, stalking, harassment, or other unauthorized purposes shall carry meaningful civil and criminal penalties.
Companies that knowingly permit prohibited access, sale, concealment, or transfer of surveillance information may:
lose government contracts;
face substantial civil penalties;
be barred from future government contracting; and
face criminal referral where appropriate. @mad_liberals @lsferguson @C4CEO @KaceeRAllen @timburchett @Rep_Clyde @chiproytx @catturd2 @mrddmia @elonmusk @GenFlynn @WallStreetApes @Bannons_WarRoom @C__Herridge @HollyKesler @NEWSMAX @OANN @SidneyPowell1 @RealJamesWood

Volusia County, Florida is already showing another way: electronic records, automated redaction, human review where needed, and near-immediate access.
The technology exists.
The question is no longer whether government can modernize transparency.
It’s why so many still haven’t.

Does the end justify the means?
Who watches Flock?
Given the growing number of documented abuses and what the statistical probabilities suggest, it is increasingly difficult to believe that any large jurisdiction could operate Flock extensively and have zero unauthorized uses or policy violations.

Government has built a surveillance system to watch the people.
Maybe it’s time to turn FLOCK around.
Every official email. Every government text. Every public meeting. Every contract. Every deletion. Every decision.
Live-time transparency — with narrow exceptions for personal matters, active litigation and land acquisition.
If they can watch us, we should be able to watch them.
