Let's talk about flywheels.
The early work of business is actually the process of building flywheels.
Feedback systems that create inertia toward your goals. Here are some of the core flywheels that we have developed at Legacy Builder:
1. Content Creation
Better content → strong results → case studies → attract more clients → more content.
2. Distribution
Publish content → grow audience → inbound leads → showcase client work → bigger audience.
3. Client Success
Great work → client results → retention + upsells → referrals → more growth.
4. Talent & Systems
Hire skilled talent → better work → refine processes → attract more talent → stronger results.
5. Niche Authority
Specialize in niche → build case studies → easier sales → deeper expertise → more inbound.
6. Partnerships
Partner with agencies/tools → referrals both ways → stronger network → more clients.
(very focused on flywheel 6 for 2026)
7. Productization
Standardized offers → faster sales + delivery → higher margins → reinvest to improve.
8. Technology
Use tools/AI → faster + cheaper → better quality → win more clients → fund more tech.
9. Thought Leadership
Share insights → build credibility → attract clients → more success stories → stronger authority.
10. Community
Create free community/events → attract ideal clients → conversions → showcase wins → more members.
11. Revenue
Existing revenue flows → reinvest into talent/systems → higher-quality results → better case studies → more new clients increasing revenue.
shoutout @theonenicka for his flywheel insights, that's where this framework came from
Posting for an extended period of time has a hidden benefit: trust building and longevity.
Prospects want to know you are reliable, and posting across time shows organization, consistency, and helps ease the issues associated with bad past-agency experiences (very common).
Settle this for me. Which are you picking in 2026?

The future belongs to optimists simply because only optimism allows you to imagine a future worth pursuing
I've heard multiple business owners tell me that they found early success in the simplest way possible:
they pick up the phone.
I think alot of early stage entrepreneurs are overthinking how much differentiation you need to be successful. If you are responsive and listen, you are already putting yourself ahead of existing competition in many, many industries.
If you don't know what to post about, easy hack is to search your sales transcripts.
Pain points, fears, and objections should be core aspects of your content strategy if you are in B2B products/services.
Organic content lets you speak about these without being overly salesy.
Mentorship is a sincere life-hack.
mentors have helped me key into what is worth being concerned about, versus what is worth ignoring. When I first started building online, this was an exhausting and persistent problem.
It was very difficult to know where to put my attention, and especially difficult to understand which metrics, feedback, tasks were where I really should or should not be putting my energy.
At any point, you likely have 2-3 line items of highest-leverage that you should be focusing on. Mentors have helped me eliminate the noise and focus-in purely on the signal.
Find a mentor.
Ask them "what should i be focusing on"
Ask them "what isn't worth focusing on right now"
Identify 2-3 things with them.
Follow through relentlessly on those things.
Win.

Just like doing work "in" and "on" the business.
"In" = typical business activities
"On" = high-level work to improve systems
It's critical for us to do work "on" ourselves, not just "in" ourselves.
Instead of going through the motions today, I am using this quote to remind myself:
I am as worthy of my time and attention as my endeavors are.
It's not enough to chase the goals.
When you arrive at your goals, if it's the same "you" that started the journey, you haven't gained much.
have a great day, friends
I am once again asking you to consider backyard chickens.
(These little 1/2 dozen cartons are my favorite gift to our neighbors every now and then)
Write tweets about your skills and experience.
Send DM’s with respect.
Comment a lot.
Be a good person to the people you meet
Do that for 18-24 months and watch your opportunities unfold
Underrated advice here.
Being selective about your clear yes/no is something almost every mentor I respect has in common
Most things don’t deserve even half the attention we give them
Look at any high-performing creator's timeline and you'll see them talking about the same few
things, just in different ways. How many times has Gary Vee told people to post content? A
million? It's by design. The best ones pick 3 to 5 pillars and hit them over and over.
Someone told me you get tired of your content long before your audience does. Messaging is
as much about reminding as it is about teaching.
had grok @bot design and order a batch of these w/ some design changes. will report back on how they turned out irl
