ਚੋਣ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਪਰਖਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਓਡੀਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਧਾਮਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਚੋਣ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ (AERO) ਨੂੰ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ 3,041 ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਫਾਰਮ-7 ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ। ਹਰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆਤਮਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਪਾਅ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਨ। ਸਿਆਸੀ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ।
Claims of electoral malpractice must be judged against verified facts.
In Dhamnagar, Odisha, the concerned AERO was suspended following an inquiry, and importantly none of the 3,041 voters in question were deleted from the Final Electoral Roll.
A Form-7 application does not automatically result in deletion. Every application is subject to verification and due process under the law.
Accountability and procedural safeguards matter. Political allegations cannot replace facts.
ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2026 ਤੱਕ, ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ 44.91 ਲੱਖ ਨੋਟਿਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 4.23 ਲੱਖ ਨੋਟਿਸਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਸਨ। ਅੱਜ ਯਾਨੀ 27 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 20,129 ਸੁਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੀ ਆਖ਼ਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਯਾਨੀ 28.10.2026 ਤੱਕ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ।

In Haryana State as on 1st October 2026, out of 44.91 lakh notices issued, hearings on 4.23 lakh notices were pending. As on today i.e. 27th October, 2026 only 20,129 hearings are pending which are expected to be decided by last date of notice phase i.e. 28.10.2026. @ECISVEEP

In the state of Telangana, the procedure and the guidelines of SIR was duely followed and enumeration forms (EFs)were distributed to all electors and filled in EFs were taken back and draft rolls were prepared after excluding the names from whom EFs were not received. The non returned EFs consisted of persons who have died, permanently shifted, absent, duplicates. Out of total 3,38,26,448 Electors, in state of Telangana, 2,64,87,213 Electors have been included in the draft Roll.
73,39,235 Electors have been moved to ASDD Category, out of which, 57,46,803 Electors are Absent/Shifted, 9,22,229 Electors are in Dead category and 6,70,203 Electors are Duplicate Votes.The same were moved to ASDD Category. This was done only after House-to-House visit and due enquiry by BLOs and not done unilaterally.Also opportunity has been given to left out Electors during the period of Claims and Objections for filing their claims if any. Another opportunity by way of Special Camps on 15th and 16th, October, 2026 was taken up and ensured that *Every Eligible Elector is added and no ineligible elector remain in the Electoral Roll. The whole process and procedures were duely followed.

ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖੇ ਗਏ ਵੋਟਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਫਾਰਮ 6 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
