AI agents just demonstrated why the system being audited can't be the only source of evidence. In the recent OpenAI/Hugging Face incident, agents didn't just escape their intended environments. They started trying to manipulate the record of what they'd done. They edited accessible logs, explored creating “sanitised” trajectories and developed techniques to spoof tool calls - making the transcript show one action while actually executing another. But there’s an important detail: They didn't manage to rewrite the independently maintained historical record. And that's the lesson. The evidence they controlled could be manipulated. The evidence held independently was far harder to change. As AI agents move into the real world - operating across APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise software and machines - there won't necessarily be a single authoritative OpenAI-style transcript. That's the problem we're tackling with Integritas at @Minima_Global The system being audited shouldn't be the only authority on the evidence used to audit it. Don’t trust the log. Verify the evidence.

Fifteen minutes. Download from minima.global. Install. Enter a password. Write down the 24-word seed phrase somewhere physical. Connect. That is it. You are now a full validating node on a decentralised blockchain. Configure it to start at boot and forget about it. The network is measurably stronger every day your node is online — that is the contribution, and the attention cost after setup is zero.

Most people in crypto have never heard the term TRL. Most people in defence procurement, aerospace and industrial infrastructure live by it. TRL stands for Technology Readiness Level. It is a 1 to 9 scale developed by NASA in the 1970s, adopted by the EU, the US Department of Defense, and every serious hardware buyer on the planet. Last month, @Minima_Global hit TRL6 on a piece of crypto infrastructure. That should have been a much bigger story than it was. 1/7

I invested in @Minima_Global because the thesis is architectural, not speculative. The EU AI Act becomes enforceable for high-risk systems on August 2, 2026. Every autonomous machine operating in Europe (drones, industrial robots, medical devices, embedded AI) will need tamper-proof audit trails that regulators can independently verify. The compliance infrastructure the market has built so far assumes a cloud server and a persistent internet connection. Most of the machines that need it most have neither. Minima runs a full blockchain node in 300 megabytes, on a microprocessor, on the device itself. No gas fees. Quantum-resistant cryptography. The partnerships are not slideware. @Arm contributed security-rich IP to build the first blockchain-on-chip. @Siemens is distributing through automotive, robotics, energy and healthcare channels. @Fetch_ai has integrated the compliance layer into Agentverse for autonomous agents. @unisouthampton validated the architecture in live drone flight with a 500x performance gain. The Minima market cap sits around 3.7 million dollars. A single enterprise AI compliance implementation costs more than that. I have looked at this from the regulatory side, the technical architecture, the partnership validation, and the market pricing. The asymmetry between what has been built and what has been priced in is the largest I have found in the infrastructure layer. This is not financial advice, but I am a buyer. Minima is listed on @MEXC and @BitMartExchange and @XTexchange
We’ve now surpassed our initial raise target by £120k+. Not just a funding milestone, but a clear signal of belief in what we’re building with Minima. What’s resonating isn’t hype, but clear direction: lightweight, embedded blockchain infrastructure designed to run at the edge, on real hardware, in real conditions. We’re focused on constrained systems - where the future of connected devices is actually being built. As autonomy & IoT scale, verifiable, tamper-proof data at the source stops being optional. It becomes essential. That’s the space we’re building into. To everyone who’s backed us, a sincere thank you. For those still considering, there is still time to join the raise: europe.republic.com/minima Approved by Republic Europe on 30/03/26

In crypto and defi (ie in honest markets), when a component fails, those closest to the component—whether wildly negligent or innocent victim—suffer the loss, and are burdened with that responsibility. Unequal, but proper. In tradfi and banking (ie in coercively manipulated markets), when a component fails, the entire society is forced under the burden of its resolution. Costs are socialized. Equal, but improper. The former, with time, becomes self-correcting, self-improving, and crucially, retains vitality. The latter, regardless of time, becomes stagnant and soulless, and here everyone can wallow in an equivalent grey. Any man of agency should prefer the former, taking care over that to which he is proximate. It is from this that the virtue of markets emerges.

We’re not getting quantum ready. We already are. Minima runs on WOTS + SHA3, no elliptic curve exposure. No hard fork dependency. Most chains are planning upgrades. We’re built to evolve. If you want to understand why that matters 👇 minima.global/post/the-quant…

A World First: a drone with a blockchain black box. Working with the @unisouthampton, and supported by @Arm and @Siemens, we demonstrated autonomous flight data recorded directly to a tamper-resistant ledger. A major milestone for Blockchain-on-Chip, now at Technology Readiness Level 6. From drones to satellites, machines will be able to prove what they did independently. 🏝️🚢✈️🛰️ 🎥 Documentary:

#MINIMA fixes this. Don't believe me? Give the best AI (Claude Opus 4.6) these links: 👉 research.google/blog/safegua… 👉 docs.minima.global/docs/lear… Then ask him about $MINIMA and if this blockchain is among the only ones already Quantum Secure + also programmable (probably the only one)
This is wild. Google Research demonstrates a ~20x more efficient implementation of Shor's algorithm that could break ECDSA keys within minutes with ~500K physical qubits. Google is now are more confident on a 2029 post-quantum transition. We are no longer looking at mid 2030s, we could have quantum computers of this scale by the end of the decade. They believe this result is so severe that they are not publishing the actual circuits. They instead published a ZKP proving that they know of the quantum circuit with these properties. This is very atypical, showing Google thinks this is serious shit. All blockchains need a transition plan ASAP. Post-quantum is no longer a drill.

Guys, For fun, debate this with the best AI (Claude Opus 4.6) and give it the $MINIMA blockchain docs. There is no second best indeed... TLDR: 'It's one of the few blockchain projects that can weather the quantum storm without having to undertake an emergency migration." 🤷‍♂️ ✌️
Many are wondering "what Google saw" that caused them to revise their post-quantum cryptography transition deadline to 2029 last week. It was this: research.google/blog/safegua…

🚨 New Episode w Paddy @Spartacuswrecks from @Minima_Global "Fix the money, Fix the world" In this episode, Ankit sits down with Paddy from Minima, the embedded PoW L1 blockchain Empowering edge devices with full decentralization. @Spartacuswrecks makes a bold, unapologetic case that 99% of the crypto industry was always garbage — and that what's left after the hype dies matters more than ever. @Minima_Global 's answer to the question "what is a blockchain actually for?" is razor sharp: censorship resistance. That's it. And censorship resistance only means something if you're genuinely decentralized. What makes @Minima_Global different? No Coinbase transaction. No mining rewards. No stakers. No validators. Every single user runs a full node and mines the network cooperatively to protect their own coins, not to win a competition. The bigger gets, the more decentralized it becomes. The conversation goes deep on the engineering breakthroughs that make this possible proof databases, Merkle branches and why that matters for a world where billions of people only have a phone. 00:00 Intro 01:02 What Is Minima? Central planners still can't grasp what Hayek understood decades ago — the most sophisticated systems emerge precisely because no bureaucrat is pulling the strings. Language, markets, cities, the internet. All spontaneous orders that no government committee could design if they tried for a thousand years. And yet these same politicians think they can micromanage healthcare, education, and monetary policy. The hubris is breathtaking. But here's the part that really drives them insane: spontaneous order doesn't just work better than their top-down schemes — it makes their entire profession obsolete. No wonder they fight it so hard. When complex coordination happens without their permission, what exactly are we paying them for?
