Replying to @EWErickson
A "broken economy" typically doesn't post a 3.4% annual GDP in Q3.
You might also think someone who displayed poor judgment on the campaign trail like Vivek is a worse choice than a drunk Democrat who’ll spend four years being thwarted by Republican legislators in Columbus; while voting for a weak R in a blue state for balance

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont looks like he needs a nap.
Vote for Ryan Fazio to save Connecticut because I will only entertain complaints from people who did if he does not win. 🇺🇸🎇
I did some old fashioned door to door campaigning with my Governor @NedLamont in Fairfield this afternoon. Time to get out the vote for Ned, Connecticut!!
We could repeal every tariff & it wouldn’t offset the impact to the energy market of Biden draining the SPR & Trump then commencing a long duration war in the ME
We still have a CPI rate of around 4%; and folks are acting like it’s Weimar

He’ll be a rubber stamp for tax & spend Hartford liberals who’d rather see hockey captains die in car wrecks than cooperate with ICE
Hey this strategy worked great for Kari Lake
Fantastic statement from @AbdulElSayed - you don’t bow down to bullies, whether Mike Rogers and Donald Trump or Haley Stevens and AIPAC.

You could easily decide to suck it up & vote for Paxton (boring ethical mess v 6 years of far leftism) while deciding Roy Jones was too much (odd lifestyle stories v. electing alleged D centrist to short term)
Ironman decision tree
A) is the office of long duration?
B) is the vote critical to holding control?
C) if the other party wins this election will they be held in check by a Republican legislature or executive?
It’s hard to justify a vote for a D Senator under this test
To those who say, “If you are not supporting the Republican, you are supporting the Democrat,” let me respond. I hear you. I understand your point of view. However, let me offer a different way of looking at it after five decades of working to elect Republicans.
You don’t drink something that tastes good today if it is poisonous over the long run. You don’t burn out a pitcher to win today's game if it destroys his arm and costs the team the World Series and many seasons.
Sometimes, the worst thing you can do is win the next inch when it costs you the next mile.
If there is nothing a Republican can do to disqualify himself from getting your vote, aren’t you saying Republicans are free to commit the worst possible offenses and be the worst possible people? And be the worst possible party?
That’s not OK with me.
I think we have to be better than that. Otherwise, we hollow out what it means to be a Republican. That’s why I stand with @EWErickson

▪️Polish Sejm members report that Prime Minister Tusk has sent security forces to seize the Constitutional Court. The police are not letting anyone into the building.
▪️Before this, Donald Tusk ordered a search of the offices of the Constitutional Court in Warsaw. Tusk wrote, “Restoring the rule of law is our duty.”
▪️Polish President Nawrocki is urgently interrupting his trip abroad and returning to Warsaw.

Hi, Wes Moore. Before you run for President, are you familiar with Willie Horton?

Is this legitimate to do? Asking @ChrisMurphyCT @WilliamTongCT & @CTSotS ?
Sounds like election denial, no?

Ryan, a 21-year-old college senior who wanted to protect others for his career, should still be alive today. Under Gov. Lamont’s criminal sactuary policies Ryan’s killer could be convicted for manslaughter and still let out on the streets following his sentence instead of being transferred to federal authorities for removal from the state. Gov. Lamont continues to put politics and criminals ahead of common sense and safety. That policy attracts more of it. Ryan, just like Henryk Gudelski, Liam Rivera, Officer Whiteside, and other innocent citizens deserved better. Yet Lamont and other CT Dems will never call a press conference, lock arms and march, or run commercials in their memories. It’s wrong and it must change.
