Our thoughts are with all the brave women and men affected.

From responding to natural disasters to supporting operations around the world, Reservists play an essential role in Canada's defence and security.
The expansion of training leave in B.C. recognizes their commitment and helps ensure they can continue serving their country while pursuing civilian careers.
Reservists are a key part of our Canadian Armed Forces, and investments in their success benefit all Canadians. @BCGovNews

This World Suicide Prevention Day, Encompas encourages open conversations about mental
health, reminding police professionals and first responders that they don't have to carry the
challenges of this work alone.
Whether it's checking in with a colleague, reaching out to a
trusted friend, or accessing professional support, every step toward connection matters.
Creating a culture where it's okay to talk, listen, and seek help can make a meaningful
difference.
Acknowledging changes to our mental wellness is not a sign of weakness. It's an essential
part of personal well-being, professional resilience, and long-term success.
Let's continue building a community where support is accessible; conversations are
encouraged, and hope remains within reach.
If you're struggling, know that support is available, and you are not alone.

🔎 NEED TO IDENTIFY 🔍
We are asking for the public’s help to identify 3 people believed to be connected to 2 break-ins at a downtown Calgary business.
Investigators believe the same 3 suspects were involved in incidents at Luxe Du Jour, located at #1010, 605 Fifth Ave. S.W., on Sunday, June 14, 2026, and Saturday, July 25, 2026.
📍At approx. 1:25 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026, it is believed that 3 suspects entered the building through an emergency exit door & forced entry through secured areas of the building before breaking into the store.
Once inside, they stole a variety of designer handbags, wallets, belts and accessories valued at approx. $144,470, including items from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Saint Laurent, Gucci & Prada.
At approx. 2:50 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, it is believed the suspects returned & again forced entry into the store, stealing about 17 handbags.
During both incidents, CCTV footage captured the suspects arriving & leaving in vehicles that were later determined to be stolen. Both vehicles have since been recovered; however, the suspects remain unidentified.
🔍 The suspects were dressed in dark clothing & wore hats, hoods, masks & gloves.
Due to similarities in the two break-ins, including the suspects’ appearance & behaviour, investigators believe the incidents are connected & are asking anyone with information to contact police by calling the non-emergency number.
