Some fair points in here and some of the sentiment is correct. I would draw the authors attention to our proposal and in particular suggestions of who would do what. Key is that our aim is not create elite at 12 (there is no such thing) but to offer peer level coaching and play but primary focus on skills dev. We are seeing first hand kids arrive at dewar and RAG lacking basics, lineout lifting, ball placement and some with no 2nd half experience as their “superclub” team hits 50 points after 20 mins.
I would also describe the plan as more Clarkson farm than allotment 😏
