This Mpappe story is weird. If Mao was a dictator yet Chinese ppl don't like him called a dictator, then who was he a dictator to? I mean you'd expect the ppl he was governing to be the one calling him this.
Btw how many ppl above 40 & above umeona wakisema hii mambo ya wantam vs tutam? That age group is too silent ama ni mimi tu naona hio?

THE ENGINEER: Education, Training, Professional growth, Membership and Professional Registration by @EngineersBoard , @TheIEK and @ACEK1968
1. One is required to complete a 5 yr accredited engineering degree from a university.
2. While at the university you may apply for membership as a student Engineer
3. On successful completion of the university (5yrs) you MUST apply for registration as a graduate engineer (GE). You will need a Proposer and a Seconder (Must be Professional Engineer in relevant field).
This is normally the first stage of loosing it! Most guys after university will be employed or start businesses with huge profits and forget about professional development!
4. On the 6th year- As a GE you start a new journey of “Training and Experience” for another 3 years, under mentorship of a Professional Engineer.
5. At end of 8 yr (5 class + 3 field) your are required to write 2 reports (training and experience, normally called Part 1 & 2) to aid your transition from Graduate Engineer (GE) to Professional Engineer (PE)
You SHALL submit these reports to the Board @EngineersBoard of Kenya or @TheIEK forwarded under “Application for Interview for Professional Engineer” cover.
The Board will review your submission and decide whether umeiva ama hujaiva. You will likely be called for the interview if you have met the requirements (5 yr degree, 3 yr experience, adequate training)
6. Earliest, in the 9th year you will appear for an ORAL interview before a panel of not less than 3 engineers (PEs or CEs). These will interrogate your education, training, experience and if they see umeiva (you are okey), you’ll be scheduled for a closed book written exam on the same day. Should they feel you are not ready, you may not be invited for the written examination
7. Hopefully in the 9th year the results will be out and you will be confirmed A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE).
This is the time a person is “Engineer”.
When you (developer) or Public is looking for an “Engineer”, you are looking for a Person at 9th year minimum.
There are not as many Kenyans in this stage, about 4,000 only in all engineering disciplines.
Engineers who are Experts at Building Construction (Structural Engineers) are barely 800 in the entire Country. These are CIVIL ENGINEERS with bias in structural engineering. Other Civil Engineers are in roads, water, sanitation, bridges, foundations, railway etc).
Understand: out of the 4000 Professional Engineers, nearly 2000 are Civil Engineers. From the 2000 Civil Engineers about 800 are experts at buildings (structural engineers).
8. After 16 years, On completion of active practice for 7 years as a Professional Engineer (PE), in the 8th year one may apply for upgrading to become a Consulting Engineer. This entails submission of a report and invitation for an interview by @EngineersBoard . The applicant requires a proposer and a seconder both consulting engineers.
You will sit an oral interview before a panel of not less than 3 consulting engineers
9. You may pass of fail, but that we leave to God. When you PASS you become a Professional Consulting Engineer, You effectively upgrade from PE to CE (5 +3+ 7=15) min if you are a cool kid (never the case). Must prove you have assured society. Kenya has about 500 consulting engineers (CEs) in all engineering disciplines!
10. At this time (after 7 yrs as PE) you may apply to @TheIEK Institution of Engineers of to upgrade from a CORPORATE MEMBER to a FELLOW MEMBER. Must prove you have assisted society. Need 2 proposers and 2 Seconders, all Fellows. Not as many though, about 250 in Kenya.
11. After this progression (Fellow Membership not a requirement), you may register an engineering Consulting Firm and APPLY for Membership to the ASSOCIATION OF CONSULTING ENGINEERS OF KENYA @ACEK1968
There are about 165 Engineering consulting firms in Kenya.
12. Yours truly has covered the entire Journey.
~have a Progressive day.

Kenyans talking of how we will have a Serbia moment is a lie. Serbia'ns organised themselves after protest and made a list of their progressive minds who they later voted for.

Kibaki killed what makes us Kenyan. He single-handedly promoted and quickly advanced ethnic nationalism.
We have never recovered
Replying to @Donsarigo
🤣when you touch Kibaki hyenas will come out gun blazing...ati ooh economy, ooh free education... Ooh thika highway...forgetting that he only rewarded his cronies and old boys club
If Gachagua gets on the ballot, what's his agenda beyond hi cousins & must go? One thing I know, if Raila was stil alive he'd still be more influential than all the opposition combined even if he'd endorse Ruto. Everyone knows what he stands for.
I always insist watu wasome before engaging in certain topics

One thing i know is if kikuyu boarded lake Victoria which is a freshwater lake. They could have piped the water to their homesteads

As you can see, it is the people living around these forests who are legally harvesting the trees..I said the loggers are okuyos and y’all wanted to argue. and their is nothing wrong with logging, these guys log and plant more.
Replying to @OcornelsOnX
Just look how the MP became humbled when she realised it's her own constituents who have been legally farming and harvesting trees while she went there thinking it's Ruto's people cutting down trees.

Wacheni nisome juu ya hii presidential elections ya brazil juu sielewi how mumeamua Sifuna represents Lula or the left 🌝 and one cannot place Sifuna in the left/ right spectrum because he literally doesn't have any economic policy. (Yet?)
As things stand, the pattern of the opposition losing elections will continue unless they change their strategy. The first thing they must do is to ignore all the social media hype & noise. Nobody is ever honest/truth on sm. Many ppl pretend to support/oppose things to get likes

Building roads and houses is enshrined in Chapter Four of the Constitution, under Economic and Social Rights.
Mr. Constitutionalism and Rule of Law, surely this should be constitutional knowledge 101 😆

If you weren't playing politics, at the very least you would have bothered to scan the QR Code to confirm authenticity of the document you are sharing. You would have realized that it's fake. An advocate should have attention to detail.
Sakaja LIED to Kenyans that the building that collapsed in Eastleigh had NO APPROVAL yet He approved the construction.
I have posted the approval that was done on 13th February, 2024.
This is a big joke from the incompetent sakaja. He must take responsibility for this tragedy after collecting a bribe of 120million.
I just found out today that Enziu bridge where aq School bus drowned with choir members is in the final stages of completion. It has been under construction the last 3 yrs.
Moving foward, voters must teach themselves how to hold government accountable. Read those bills. Read audit reports. Kama hauwezi fanya hivyo, don't make noise about things you don't understand
