I don't understand how people can't believe that a jet plane would basically be disintegrated. Yes, at first it sounds insane & impossible. But this exact type of scenario was tested by the military. And they didn't use much fuel either, I believe

55-year-old Jeff Gregory from Pennsylvania was thepilot of the doomed Learjet in Florida. He had 20 yrs as a pilot & flight instructor. He held an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (issued Oct 1, 2021) with ratings for multiple jet types, including the Learjet 60. He is the Captain & most of the blame should be on him, imho. He should have known better than to fly through a storm. Especially coming from Texas. Sounds just like Kobe's helicopter pilot who ignored weather warnings as well
