Fantastic to see this Fab Lab @GYlibrary Founded by lifelong friends Thomas Guille and Frederick Allès in 1882, their original vision was for the Library to become a hub for culture, learning, and community – and well over a century later, the goal remains the same. #makerspace

One of the best notices I have ever seen in a public library @GYlibrary You certainly lived up to this pledge during our visit. This policy is so empowering for staff. Something to pinch for @warkslibraries !
This month @GYlibrary is presenting all Y4 children with their @Britannica Children’s Encyclopedia courtesy of @Govgg and it’s Cultural Enrichment programme. A pleasure to see so many new facts and skills learnt #informationliteracy #guernseyeducation

I can’t read the last 3 pages of this book because I don’t want it to end 😭. Breathtaking, beautifully written and life changing. @napolitanoann thank you! Wish I could write a book as gorgeous as this. This copy back @GYlibrary soon, (I promise!?!😬🤞🏼)
I know I shouldn’t have favourites but these library users keep me smiling the most. Clearly big Romance novel fans too! @GYlibrary Paws For Support
Fantastic Story Time with the lovely Dr Brink @GYlibrary today and some great enquiry based questions posed from the young children too! ‘What’s your favourite gran?’ was answered with great diplomacy by @DrNicolaBrink
