What @nelsonchamisa have achieved with meagre resources, a skewd political environment, a militarised institutions , and compromised compatriots needs to be applauded by any sane person...... Mukomana anga akakombwa but akangobuda shudhu... Nero tinokutenda

Nothing in life is permanent. Be humble. Life is constantly changing, and no position, power, or privilege lasts forever. Stay humble. Treat your opponents with dignity and respect. Never forget that everything can change. Blessed Sunday.

I don't understand this revisionism. It's Save himself who created that mess when he violated the Constitution to create 2 more VPs.
Notwithstanding the unconstitutional assumption of office, the MDCA became a force to be reckoned with.
You fundamentally misdiagnose the cause of the crisis. There are many poorly constituted parties who win power or elections all over the world.
You are one of those who have consistently failed to fully grasp the true extent of Tshabangu's antics, not just on CCC, but the entire political economy.
The very reasons that caused CCC's demise also account for the thwarting of your so-called constitutional defence platforms, which never stood a chance & were also prolifically infiltrated & demobilised.
We hardly here about them now. They just faded into oblivion. They didn't exist in a political vacuum.
Try to broaden your assessment by looking at the entire political landscape & locate your own agency & that of some of those you currently pontificate these issues with!
I have always encouraged you to provide us with a comparative assessment & show us who has flourished in this political environment.
Even the ultra Alpha Male, Chiwenga is constantly on the back foot. That should register meaningfully on your intellectual radar & deserves detailed scrutiny!
We committed a great disservice to the people’s opposition by supporting an unconstitutional assumption of leadership post-Tsvangirai in the name of political populism.
In the process, we lost our soul and replaced it with personality. No wonder the movement’s heart gave in. It was supposed to be anchored in time-proven democratic principles, worn into the rubric of its organisational framework, from grassroots to Harvest House.
I don’t blame Nelson Chamisa for it. He cannot be what he is not, and left without a movement’s guardrails, he veered off into whatever direction he believed would secure his personal political self-preservation when things got hot. It’s his right to do so, even though by so-doing he extinguished himself as the national beacon of hope he once was.

THE NATURE OF STRUGGLES…I know that, at times, frustration gets the better of us, and we lose sight of what we are up against. Because we desperately want to free ourselves from this hardship and dictatorship, we end up being too hard on ourselves, often unfairly.
We try. Sometimes we fall short. Sometimes we get it wrong. But that is the nature of a struggle against oppression. It is never easy, never straightforward, and never without setbacks.
Keep trying. Keep pushing. Keep believing. One day, we will make it.
Such is the story of every struggle for freedom. There are setbacks, frustrations, disappointments and moments when we question ourselves. But we must never lose sight of what we are up against or why we began. We try, we stumble, we learn, and we rise again. The struggle is never easy, but we must keep going. The road may be long, but we must never give up on the destination. Our freedom is worth the fight and the sacrifice. #FreshStart #Godisinit

Look Out For The Following Propaganda Signs:
a. Say you have got a million followers on X. All you will simply need to do is to convince even 1% of them that you are trustworthy & what you write is true, accurate & is inspired by the urge to help the opposition to defeat a suffocating dictatorship.
b. If you convince just 10% then that is 100 000 partisans all ready to do your bidding.
c. Firstly, you pretend to be neutral or objective - someone who cares about the people accessing correct information.
d. Secondly, you work very hard to deligitimise all potential critical voices who can dilute your message through name calling them or using negative labels such as "Wannabe Magaisa" or "Chamisa Bootlicker."
e. Almost instantly, the algorithm will go to work & ensure that your followers & neutrals will be quickly turned off & will either not bother to read the posts of critics, or when they do, they do not take them seriously or engage with them on the merits of what they would have posted.
f. So the strategy is simply designed to cause them to switch off the content of those targeted.
g. To achieve maximum efficiency, you create a syndicate of those with equally huge numbers of followers to maximise reach.
h. You present only one sided content using emotionally charged terms free of evidence & hit the repeat button at regular frequencies, while sometimes presenting this as new information with the addition of one or two nuggets.
i. Examples of this can be, "the opposition is as good as a dodo," "Chamisa does not like accountability," "Chamisa is all about preaching Bible Verses & hope to his followers," "Chamisa was bought by ED," "CCC was successfully infiltrated because it had no structures & a Constitution!"
j. To achieve total control, in addition to the negative labels that I have highlighted earlier, the block button can then be used to shut out those challenging the narrative from within.
k. From time to time, other personalities perceived as being credible can be used to repeat the same propaganda or selective application of evidence and or events can be weaponised to drive that same narrative until it becomes close to the gospel truth.
l. When cornered or past narratives become inconvenient, they are subtly altered to shift & conform with new emerging ones, this being done almost imperceptibly.
m. The script or formula depends on refusal to accept weakness, criticism, blame or accountability. Once rumbled, the coping strategy revolves around gaslighting & feigning victimhood to redirect the spotlight back to the critics to force them into a defensive posture!
Conclusion
In a nutshell, that is part of what we have seen on display over the past few years, repeated over & over again to create, shape & sustain preferred narratives based on nothing but naked propaganda.

THE CAT NOW OUT OF THE BAG..When Tshabangu happened and when I left the CCC snake pit, many were simply too slow to see ED’s endgame: manipulating the Constitution and using every available means to illegally extend illegitimate term in office. With what I have personally been through and what we are witnessing now, Mugabe almost looks like an amateur or a baby when it comes to dictatorship and tyranny. The scale of bribery, infiltration and manipulation through money, trinkets, state capture, and the abuse of power is staggering. It is operating at a level never imagined or witnessed before. But then fighting evil is never easy and will not stop. The struggle continues. Hope is not lost. Good will ultimately win and defeat all evil. The true colours are coming out. Only that we know what most people don't.... Now it’s easy to start afresh because pretenders and infiltrators are now fully known and more will come out. We’re starting all over again. A fresh start! #TheNew #Citizens #Movement

We are passing through the valley, but the valley is only for a season and reason. It is not our final destination. We may be walking through difficult and uncertain moments now, but in due time, we will reach the mountaintop. The valley has an ending, and our appointed time will come. Our fight and trust is not in vain!

You gave ED a chance. You were duped by those who said Tshabangu had genuine grievances. You are supporting the very person who put ED in office & is currently enjoying the trappings of power in the same gvt & yet you think Chamisa is the villain?

IT WAS ALL ABOUT ED POWER GAMES…ED worked with Tshabangu to engineer illegal recalls that ultimately handed ZANU-PF a fraudulent two-thirds parliamentary majority, in clear violation of both the law and democratic principles.
Unfortunately, when the recalls began, many failed to recognize that this was part of a long-planned strategy orchestrated by ED. It was never about the claims that the CCC lacked a constitution or formal structures. In Zimbabwe you can not submit party candidates to ZEC without a party constitution. Parliament and Mudenda were in possession of CCC constitution but chose to ignore it on instructions from his Zpf Boss. Those no constitution and nil structures narratives were merely a smokescreen.
Some individuals, driven by their disagreements with Nelson Chamisa, celebrated the recalls, unaware that they were in fact celebrating the erosion of democracy and the weakening of our nation. The foundation for the current constitutional amendment agenda was laid in 2023 through those engineered and unlawful recalls.
However, all is not lost. The real struggle lies ahead. The task before us is to continue fighting for a Citizens' Government—one that reflects the true will and aspirations of the people of Zimbabwe. The future of our country depends on the determination of its citizens to defend voice, agency and fundamental rights .
