The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have issued a set of guidelines aimed at accelerating the development of new quality productive forces to bolster high-quality development.
These guidelines outline 19 key measures in five areas, namely advancing scientific and technological innovation, deepening the integration of sci-tech and industrial innovation, innovating development approaches, promoting institutional and mechanism innovation, and improving mechanisms for talent development.

● Five years ago, at the 76th Session of the U.N. General Assembly, President Xi Jinping put forward the Global Development Initiative. Since then, he has proposed the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative. These initiatives provide strategic guidance for the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
●It has mobilized over US$23 billion and carried out more than 2,000 projects under the Global Development Initiative, and it has granted zero-tariff status to all the African countries and least developed countries having diplomatic relations with it to empower the Global South in pursuing modernization.
