Just opens the door for racists to report people who don't look or sound like them. The biggest issue is people of color will be presumed guilty with the reporting that happens, and then have to prove their innocence. Seems our Country has crossed this path before.

Missouri law creates 3 new crimes:
“Trespass by Illegal Alien”—Felony life in prison without parole.
“Aggravated Illegal Presence”—Bonus felony applying to undocumented people who violated any other Missouri law.
“Improper Entry”—Fine of $10,000 & removal to a U.S. port of entry.
The Republican bill sponsor admitted that “This bill seeks to create an ICE program at the state level” during testimony to the Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee.
The “Missouri Illegal Alien Certified Bounty Hunter Program” goes even further than similar legislation introduced in Mississippi last week.
