In the past, the Internet was held together with servers everyone was afraid to turn off. In October 2026, they had to be turned off because of a PHP security issue. Hopefully in 2027 it is held together by code and strong cryptography. 🌱 @chia_project @bramcohen @hoffmang

As you move through life, remember that the average IQ is 100. Not everyone deserves access to your thoughts, your ideas, your truths, or your creative genius. If you see the world differently, learn to keep some things to yourself. The world is becoming increasingly loud, increasingly foolish, and increasingly hostile to independent thought. Stay quiet. Stay hidden. Stay patient. Don't let the overwhelming numbers of the crowd discourage you. You don't need their understanding, approval, or validation. Let foolishness run its course. Time is on our side.

Secp-256r1 is as secure as k1. I was a believer in the ribald explanation and I was wrong. The seeds are all very pedestrian- which is a great thing anthropic.com/research/ecdsa…

In case you're wondering about the state of quantum safety on Chia, Sol just one-shotted supporting SHRINCS in chialisp. Will work on chain right this minute and only took a few minutes github.com/bramcohen/chialis…

Yeah, so I’ve been slowly chipping away at this. My plan is to have it integrate loosely with Chia Friends.

We asked GPT 5.6-Cyber to escape a VM used to sandbox agents. It broke out three times. In its final escape, the agent found three 0-days on its own and chained them into a working exploit. blog.trailofbits.com/2026/08…

Again. I don’t know what Siri he’s doing here, but I guess you all got what I want to say. Consensus for 2.7.4 has been reached and I’m very eager to read the postmortem analysis.

Yes, already (slowly) loading the funds to an intermediary distribution wallet - seems like the methodology & snapshot were correct; received no counterproposals/complaints other than a small UI bug for the recovery site

This is an evolving incident. Please follow the sources below for the latest updates; the teams involved are actively working to understand and address the situation and will provide updates as facts change. At this time, the issues appear to be understood and do not appear to involve the blockchain or underlying primitives. Based on what is currently known, the impact also appears limited to the funds identified in the initial report from @warpdotgreen .
We have identified the vulnerability involved in the exploit, which is related to the Chia-side part of the ERC20 bridge, and confirmed that no other malicious transactions have taken place.

Does someone know what’s going on with that dust storm on the chain? Or has this recent amount of full blocks some practical reason? Just realizing that my CPU was running on high temperature than usual. @chia_project @jde5011

It’s almost like using the Secure Element in ubiquitous mobile phones is a better way…
GM! Trezor just had customer data leaked through a third-party partner. Coldcard was hit by a serious vulnerability that led to real Bitcoin losses. These are supposed to be some of the safest ways to store your keys. Attackers are realizing that the weakest point isn't Bitcoin itself, but the infrastructure around it... In crypto, trust & security are everything. If people stop trusting the tools designed to protect their keys, the whole self-custody narrative takes a hit. Security needs to evolve faster! 🥲

„- those projects that started AI audits months ago are in a completely different position than those who didn’t - projects need their own AI audit pipeline going into the future“ Wait, a second and our project to do this! 😎🌱🚀@chia_project @jde5011 @bramcohen @hoffmang

A new potato is on the chain. The pot starts at 1 XCH and snatching it costs 1.001. Hold it for 24 hours and it's all yours — anyone can snatch it from you the same way. potpotato.xyz/1
