When I was in school. I was on the shooting machine 5-6 times a week minimum, shooting at least 500 3s a day. That’s why I could shoot at an elite level! It’s not rocket science, reps = confidence. Not lazy reps either, game like reps build game results!

HS coaches
Do any of you use an online platform for your HS summer camp registration? We have typically done a Google form and collect checks but I was curious if there was an easier way.
I have seen colleges use Ryzer but not sure how much it takes away per registration.

Coaching is more enjoyable when you get along with the other sport coaches at your school.
Support them, share facilities cordially, be friendly, go to their games, and help them any way you can. Share athletes and encourage multi-sport participation in high school.
Ultimately, build a community within your community. If you have each other’s backs then everyone will be stronger because of it and the student-athletes will benefit.
