I'm not going to ask why they are using a hacksaw instead of a carpenter's saw.
I've done the same when I'm in a hurry and the hacksaw was at hand.
I'm just wondering why aren't them checking the width of the piece they are cutting against the hacksaw's internal arc.

From what I have read the whole situation is more nuanced and it is something that the American people is not used to.
1. Poland has a Constitutional Court. It's work is similar to POTUS, mainly judging if laws and government actions are constitutional.
2. CC judges are not named for life. They can only serve once and for a fixed term of 9 years. This is normal in countries with several political parties/factions. Its goal is to prevent control of the court by a single party.
3. Several judge positions are open, and need to be filled. From what I have read there are more than 10 available.
4. This is the part that's not clear to me. The Sjem (Polish congress) is the one who can name them. And here comes the standard political maneuvering. It seems that a midterm is scheduled. The current Sjem is controlled by the Prime Minister party. They know that the probability of maintaining that control are lower than a snowball surviving the Sahara at noon. The President is delaying the selection until after the midterms. The PM's party made the selection and filled all vacant slots with adherents.
5. The selected judges are not legally in possession until their service oath is taken by the President. The President picked 3 out of the 10+ and took their oaths. His reasoning is that the PM can only pick 3 not the entire vacant roster.
6. PM is furious. He waits until the President leaves the country for a visit to Senegal and immediately takes the oath of the remaining selected judges.
7. One of the new ones who gave the oath to the PM declares that the leadership of the Constitutional Court has broken the law, suspends them and declares herself the Court acting president and orders the court building evacuated and requests the police, who is under the orders of the PM to protect them.
8. The President's plane makes an u-turn returns to Warsaw and by some accounts is denied authorization to land and is ordered to divert to another city as far away from Warsaw as possible. The crew disobeys and land in Warsaw.
8. President rushes to the court building forces his way inside and orders everybody out.
9. Polish Army says that they are not choosing sides except to uphold the law.
10. The whole fiasco collapses. The PM made enemies out of ALL the other political parties and now they are talking with the President on how to solve the problem: in other words how to split the court and prevent the PM's party to gaim control of it.

In many countries you only own the surface of the land. Anything under it, even water, belongs to the government and can't be used without authorization.

Now they hate her.

In underdeveloped areas the most common source of light isneither a candle or a kerosene lamp. Those warm lights look too much like them, so they prefer the searchlight glare of a daylight led. They hate dark spots.

Of course, but what was hacked was an unsecured laptop, not the ultra secure vault.
Not different of leaving your workstation open and an asshole uses it to shitpost.

No.

I'm not sure what happened, but my understanding is that they didn't hack the vault itself. They took control of an authorized computer and used it, and its credentials, to empty the vault.
This is similar to the first Mission Impossible movie, where Tom Cruise uses the air ducts to use the terminal that can access the super secret database.

Well. The OP is not wrong. A bow is a weapon. Although except for certain eccentric individuals nobody has used a bow in an actual war for the last 400 years.

Indeed. Once upon a time, there was a video of Afghan fighters, two of them. One was reloading a magazine, the other was firing and tried to run for cover. Got shot in the neck. He fell and remained there gurgling while the other one was telling him to wait.
Video can't be found anymore. Was purged a long time ago.
