Humanity is missing these days. Even in our country. No one speaks of unity, love or affection. Media & political parties are busy with such opinions of hatred & creating an influence on the general public. Those who are responsible citizens are not bothered about what we are giving to the present & next generation. We have forgotten the lessons from the Hiroshima & Nagasaki nuclear attacks. People must understand no religion creates difference but it's the interpreter who creates one. When I retired in 2021 with a dream to influence our young generation for the betterment of people and our great Nation and its heritage I have jotted for our citizens if its suit may be shared with others. Shameful that accountability remains elusive. @NCWIndia @India_NHRC Please open your eyes to the continuing discrimination, even after the Apex Court’s order in the contempt . The loss, damage and suffering are irreparable. It is deeply disturbing to see allegations of serious wrongdoing remain unaddressed, while questions of accountability and the promotion of officers allegedly involved remain unanswered. No accountability. No transparency. No courage to respond to RTIs. Is this how institutions entrusted with justice, discipline and the protection of rights are expected to function? Silence cannot replace the rule of law. Rank cannot be a shield against accountability, and judicial orders cannot be reduced to mere formalities. We demand answers, transparency and compliance with the law. See the dates and subsequebt actions!! Till this day no actions were pending. After this complaint She was posted to Ambala. Posting is challange in Delhi High Court due to pending complaints against this General @NCWIndia ! The brother of LtGen SP Singh the Present Adjutant General take over the DV branch. And on july 2024 suspends illegally against policy and put her under military confinement. These contuning attrocities affects her mentally, and during such illness she is illtreated with husband at MH Ambala Commandant. All of a sudden disciplinary proceedings against her without a context when she herself was a victim! As per law noone can be transferred once disciplinary proceedings are pending.. The stage where tampering done by LtGen SP Singh on the record to save himself and the officer working under his directiin and were accused in FIR 33/2024 on the orders of Ld CJM Dharamshala. Brig Prabhu orchastered Ambala incident , did not reported the violation of POSH ACT 2013, MHCA 2013 and violations of Army order 4/2000 and para 520 and 522 of regulations for Army where mandatory inquiry is required to be done. See these letters for confirmation . And when even finding says there was no security breech!! Now on what account they interfere with the privacy and in her absence conducted Court of Inquiry by removing women officer! Tampered the records of proceedings! Case of violation of law, infringment of privacy, misconduct turning into disgraceful conduct and wrong reporting and false accusations! LtGen SP Singh overturned a recommendation of Admimistrative action into disciplinary actions. 40 Arty Div has no record of suspending minutes. From where the chargsheet prepared. Conspiracy We need an investigation.Acts and subsequent acts are proofs! I seek only one thing: A FAIR, INDEPENDENT AND IMPARTIAL INVESTIGATION. That is not a favour. It is a citizen’s right. Army never used to function like this . It used to be on ethics. The manner interviews were not granted to us, complaints with evidence suppressed clearly proves the political baking. But we will fight till death. They can get us killed but Spirit is not possible Ashamed of Silent spectators , Veterans and responsible official ruining the transparency in Forces!

Picking up an individual case will not serve the purpose. It is the systems that requires deep analysis and corrective measures. IA from the start itself is replete with cases of favoritism and bringing incompetent leaders ahead of those senior and competent both. Long way to go.

Guts, courage and maturity are what matter most in military leadership. @adgpi @westerncomd_IA @easterncomd @NorthernComd_IA @IaSouthern @SWComd_IA @artrac_ia The Agnipath Scheme has raised serious questions, and it is time for an honest, transparent and objective assessment. Reels, videos and manufactured narratives cannot suppress the truth forever. The truth will eventually emerge, and every Command must introspect, acknowledge the ground realities and ensure that facts are brought before the public. The safety and security of the Nation must always remain our highest priority. The sooner we introspect, identify the shortcomings and take corrective measures, the better it will be for our Armed Forces. It is still possible to discard this destructive scheme and adopt a system that genuinely serves the long-term interests of the Nation and its soldiers. Equally concerning are the videos being circulated by individuals labelled as defaulters. These warrant serious scrutiny, particularly regarding the alleged abuse of authority, the tokenism of Sainik Sammelans, the failure to uphold equality and equal protection of the law, and the weakening of institutional checks and balances. Accountability must be uniform, and the law must apply equally to everyone, irrespective of rank or position. Restoring these safeguards is neither difficult nor impossible. What is required is a revival of trust, adherence to basic military ethics and commanders who lead with courage, conviction and a sense of responsibility. The Armed Forces need decisive military leaders, not a growing Babu culture that delays decisions, avoids responsibility and seeks external intervention at the cost of leadership qualities and command ethics. Ultimately, the greatest danger arises when personal ambitions take precedence over institutional interests, professional integrity and the welfare of soldiers. The Nation comes first. The men who defend it deserve honesty, dignity, fairness and leadership by example. The policy dated 3Aug 2023 @dgafms_mod clarifies the applicability of MHCA 2017 but she was forced treatment after PGIMER asked to admit as "High Risk case". DO YOU KNOW WHAT CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITED against a daughter , mother or wife when protection was legal mandate ? You reduced a pension when you had all videos at your table and for one year. Now since you are a veteran and what if a serving officer abuses you or your family? We all are human and have reputation. The maturity is witnessed by every uniformed person and question remains why were no inquiry done? Why because Adjutant General's brother and Generals at Ambala were involved? We know!! As a veteran of the Sikh Light Infantry, visiting my Regiment Veterans and interacting with them was an experience that filled my heart with immense pride and enthusiasm. The coordination, camaraderie, mutual respect and spirit of brotherhood among all ranks were simply outstanding. जवानों के साथ बैठकर, उनसे मिलकर और उनकी ऊर्जा देखकर सच में मज़ा आ गया : खून बढ़ गया हमारा! यही तो हमारी रेजिमेंट की असली ताकत है। वर्दी भले ही उतर जाए, लेकिन रेजिमेंट दिल से कभी नहीं उतरती। आज जब हम veterans अपने जवानों और JCOs के साथ बैठे, तो लगा कि वही पुराना जोश, वही जज़्बा और वही भाईचारा आज भी हमारे अंदर ज़िंदा है। पीढ़ियाँ बदल सकती हैं, जिम्मेदारियाँ बदल सकती हैं, लेकिन रेजिमेंट की आन, बान और शान कभी नहीं बदलती। हमारी पहचान, हमारा गौरव, हमारा नारा “DEG TEG FATEH!” हम कल भी फौलाद थे, आज भी फौलाद हैं और हमेशा रहेंगे। Serving soldiers हों या veterans, हम सब एक ही परिवार का हिस्सा हैं। हमारा रिश्ता सिर्फ वर्दी का नहीं, बल्कि खून, पसीने, त्याग और रेजिमेंट की मिट्टी से जुड़ा है। एक रेजिमेंट, एक परिवार, एक जज़्बा हमेशा साथ, हमेशा तैयार! जय हिंद! जय हिन्द की सेना!
