The same way your party wants to eliminate @INCIndia from India. Coming to the point, you appear to be reasonably well educated to understand that elimination need not be by violence. For eg one can eliminate illiteracy by education rather than by eliminating the illiterate. One can eliminate poverty by working on economy rather than by purging the poor.
By Bhakts I mean those people who fail to apply their mind and who follow their guru regardless. I want my country to be free from this mindlessness.

It is well known that the outgoing air chief is a rare example of somebody reaching a top spot with his backbone intact.
He is likely to have put his foot down against the take over of the Air Force Golf Course during his tenure.
Of course, the government need not listen to him.
But to take over the golf course a couple of days before the end of his tenure, knowing fully well that his own golfing out was scheduled, is nothing but an attempt to "cut him to size", particularly given his popularity after Op Sindoor, and his general reputation as a man who does not mince words.
The takeover could very well have happened in the early days of the next Chief.
This episode could have been avoided. That it was not, shows how vindictive people in power can be.

My question is if India is a poor Nation why are the Elected and selected executives- the ministers, legislators, bureaucrats, Judges etc- NOT sharing that poverty with the rest of the Indians ? I’m sure there is sufficient scope to cut in their luxury and save Public money.
The PM Residence is on 12 acres. Now they want to take this Air Force training ground to secure more area around PM’s house. Earlier they wanted Gymkhana club area but court stayed it. The Green areas in Delhi and around the country, the lungs of Delhi and the Nation, are green only because they are under Defense control. That said :
How much land are we ready to give to these few individuals like PM, Ministers, Bureaucrats etc at the cost of many ? The PM’s 12 acres estate, the president’s 330 acres estate are in most posh Delhi. All the IAS and Ministers and Judges in Lutyens have 1 acres plus villas costing Rs 300 Crores plus. The Governors have estates in which a township can be built.

Karnataka SIR : Minister @ArshadRizwan says, "As soon as the SIR exercise started, and even before that across the country, Union Home Minister @AmitShah had claimed that there are infiltrators in the voter list, He was hinting at Bangladeshis in the voter list, and he said infiltrators are influencing Indian elections... @hd_kumaraswamy very clearly said that Bangladeshis are being supported before we started this exercise. I want to ask them because the EC has very clearly said that only less than 1,000 foreign nationals were identified... 771 foreign nationals were identified in this voter list. Out of these, 588 are Nepalese. The remaining 183 are Kannadigas who have taken US citizenship, European nation citizenship, and other citizenships. According to my information, not even three Bangladeshis were identified. You made 5 crore Kannadigas stand in the queue to identify three infiltrators or three Bangladeshis. This is just like how you made 100 crore Indians stand in queue during demonetisation and the note ban to identify black money. The EC has to come out clean and say how many infiltrators were identified, how many, particularly Bangladeshis or foreign nationals, were identified. This exercise was to put people through strain and tension, harass them, and make them stand in queues..."

Thank you for highlighting the reported discussion on troop strength. Operational matters concerning serving personnel are best assessed and addressed by the serving leadership and Service Headquarters, who have the latest ground and institutional perspective.
As veterans, we have completed our service to the Nation. In my personal view, it is more appropriate for us to concentrate our efforts on the welfare of the Ex-Servicemen community, where our experience and continued involvement can make a direct difference.
A clear example is the ongoing difficulties faced by a large number of Ex-Servicemen under the SPARSH system. Many are aged, less tech-savvy, and live in smaller towns and villages. Despite the #SPARSHFailsVeterans campaign running since February 25 and a Change.org petition launched on 18 September 26, the response has been limited.

We have a number of Ex-Servicemen organisations and associations, yet they often do not come forward to support each other’s key result areas or any initiative taken by members of the Ex-Servicemen community. Until we get united and help each other on the common causes that affect the majority of Ex-Servicemen, neither the Government nor our Service Headquarters and Chiefs are likely to give these issues the attention they deserve.
It would be useful if senior veterans of the rank of Lieutenant General and above, who continue to command respect, could lend their voice and support more actively to such Ex-Servicemen welfare issues. A united and focused approach on veteran-specific matters is likely to be more effective.
These are my personal views. I continue to respect the role and responsibilities of the serving leadership.

Reduction of Troops in Indian Army: There is a whisper in the air that the Indian Army has been told to reduce 2 Lacs troops from the existing manpower within a period of next about one year. If this is true, I am afraid that 1962 is going to be repeated when the then Prime Minister tried to defend the Country through Civil Police and Assam Rifles etc against China. There is still time.
