We just added the ability to drag and drop and copy/paste files between devices on Rex. It's amazing. I can build binaries on my Mac Studio then send them to any device for testing instantly. I can send screenshots to remote agents running on Linux, macOS or Windows. It's built on top of our new Rex Data protocol which means not even thinking about ssh, or rsync or ftp. Just the start of making every machine feel local.

hot take: you don't need a software factory, and i don't love the term. it's just marketing all you need is good software engineering and investing your tokens in the right places. the more deterministic the better (and token efficient)
all the companies selling you a software factory produce a shockingly tiny amount of software

Insane POV of the next-gen Tesla Roadster doing a kickflip, going up the ramp and 0-60 mph test. That shot of the rear rocket thrusters in the first clip looks awesome.

trivia: โ€ข started working on the game as a side project 4 days ago, landing ~1,150 PRs โ€ข every time i found an issue in the code i asked bot to make a lint rule against it โ€ข used TLA+ heavily to find bugs in the game's various state machines: the story, cutscenes, the game's systems. there are many formal verification skills, one for each major system โ€ข i put context into the filepaths: code that runs every frame or every tick gets a .hot.ts extension, and a lint rule bans allocating in it (no object literals, closures, new, etc.), so the game loop creates almost no garbage and GC doesn't cause stutters โ€ข game engine is mostly custom. three.js draws the 3D scene, but the simulation, post-processing and audio are all ours โ€ข the simulation is fully deterministic, so every run replays exactly from its inputs. when you post a high score, the server replays your whole run to check it isn't cheated โ€ข we generate dynamic og:images for every run based on your final stats, and it's all localized too! the game supports 10 languages โ€ข my favorite feature: the music seamlessly transitions into different music for the various biomes, continuing the previous melody โ€ข no audio files. all the music and sound effects are synthesized live in the browser by a custom Game Boy-style chip (two pulse voices, a wave voice, noise) plus a synthwave layer. the songs are written as text in code โ€ข all the pixel art is code. every sprite is a file drawn with one shared palette and packed into a sprite atlas at build time โ€ข it runs inside an X post, from the 245px card up to full screen. the bar is 60 fps with 500 enemies on a mid-range phone โ€ข the build fails if the first download goes over budget. it's about 124 KB gzipped right now โ€ข bots play the game headless to tune each difficulty against target survival rates โ€ข comments are banned by a lint rule. if code needs explaining, the fix is a better name or a test

Silly analysis. Robot RAM needs will exceed everything else on Earth, as you need the robots to be on physical substates in order to shape atoms. Super intelligence needs will vastly exceed that, but ~100% of SI will be deep space compute. Obviously.

the /statechart skill in pstack v0.15.36 is now stable and ready for use! it's best combined with /create-formal-verification-skill to abstractly model state machines and distributed systems to find bugs. the skill contains a mini tlc compiler that parses, lowers to a small IR, and has a backend that outputs mmd syntax. if you want you can also ask your agent to create charts in whatever style you like, the skills tells it to use pele.run/ which is very themeable so you can make blueprints, hand drawn encyclopedia illustrations or whatever you like here's a chart of the /statechart skill and 2 real bugs i just found. try it out and let me know what you think!

T3 Connect has not been reliable today. Super sorry about that. Should be recovered now ๐Ÿคž Nerdy deets below for those who care: T3 Connect is our built-in alternative to Tailscale for remote connections on T3 Code. Turns out there's so many T3 Connect users that we are hitting some rate limits on Cloudflare's side! They have confirmed the issues on their end and are working on fixes. We were unaware of these limits (seems like they were too). We're well under the limits we knew about, specifically the # of tunnels we can deploy to our users. The alerting on these failures was also pretty rough. CF has confirmed all of this and is working on fixes on their end ๐Ÿ™ Crazy to have a product so popular that it's taking down CloudFlare lol. We are working hard to prevent these types of regressions going forward. This work is full of fun challenges. Once a thundering herd starts, we're a bit screwed since we can't control the code you're running on your end! We have to plan way in advance for changes because we can't guarantee that users are on the latest version at any given time. Thanks for sticking through with us in the interim. If you want to maximize your uptime and minimize chances of connection loss like today, I will not be disappointed if you set up Tailscale as a fallback (I do this personally)

To @AWERXAI for supporting my work and helping make this contribution to the community possible. To @nvidiaai for the FP4-Local research that inspired me to push this experiment even further. To @justinn_builds for his initial vllm TP4 recipe that got me started in the right direction for loading this model up. To @mr_r0b0t for collaborating with me on what's coming next! And to @deepseek_ai for continuing to release powerful open-weight models that make community experiments like this possible.
