Six officers come in hot and over confident -- to remove an auditor from a public building -- instead they shuffle out disappointed and looking down at the floor.
Long Island Audit (Sean Paul Reyes) was conducting a First Amendment audit inside the Ramapo Town Hall in Ramapo, New York—a public, taxpayer-funded building. He was filming in publicly accessible areas and preparing to file a FOIA request.
Town Hall staff confronted him, insisted filming was not allowed, and called the Ramapo Police Department.
Roughly 8–10 officers responded.
Female Officer Winter approached, began by giving him orders to retreat, claimed she had authority over him, ordered him to leave the building, and participated in efforts to detain him and demanded ID.
Sergeant Mayer and others backed the same aggressive approach.
Officers never clearly articulated a crime or reasonable suspicion.
Reyes repeatedly asked what crime they suspected and whether he was detained, stayed calm, and asserted his right to film and conduct public business in a public building.
The large response of officers for one man with a camera eventually stood down — and took what he called a “walk of shame.”
He later filed a formal complaint at Ramapo PD headquarters.
Outcome: no arrest, no charges, complaint filed against the sergeant and officers involved.

Coffee thoughts - Candace reminded me last night of something. And watching her now I keep it in mind.
As you watch Candace and her lies, her hatred and her trying to get Erika killed please remember she had a vendetta against Charlie and TPUsa. Charlie and Candace were not talking to each other. In her mind he had betrayed her and embarrassed her greatly.
He had fired her twice and her husband from TPUK. George wanted to be Charlie in the UK and Charlie fired him after only a couple months.
Then he fired her in 2019 and again in 2024. She only worked for TPUsa for 18 MONTHS. The rest of it was her under a Blexit contract which I have questions about Blexit I’ll post later.
And after 2019 remember her bestie didn’t invite her to his wedding and Candace herself has said she really didn’t know Erika. Have you ever seen any photos of the 4 together?
The 2024 one was the one that broke any friendship they still had for good. Also the college campus tours in 2024 she talked about last night it seems they never appeared together in 2024. It was either Charlie or Candace not both. So she wouldn’t know about him having a mike then. In March TPUsa created an entire webpage distancing themselves from Candace and her views.
After DW fired Candace, Charlie also told Candace that she wouldn’t be at any other events but the June one she was already headlining. The Israel hate and conspiracies were too much. She was literally fired twice in March 2024. DW and TPUsa events.
This caused her to unfollow Charlie and she deleted all their photos together from social media.
She said at one point Charlie supported her after she was fired. All Charlie said about it, that I can find is yes she was not with the daily wire any more and he texted her and asked if she was ok. That was the entire thing he said. He never said he supported her. I still think she asked him to come back to TPUsa and he says no but I can’t prove that.
Then to really set her off Charlie invited Ben in her place for Amfest 2025. The person she hated most in the world right then and Charlie invited BEN. To take HER place.
But as Candace will lie and tell you Ben and Charlie weren’t friends. Really Candace? I think Charlie made a statement with asking Ben to Amfest in your place.
So with all of this who had the most to gain from his death? Charlie is not here to stop her crazy anymore. Or to speak up for the lies she’s telling. She’s free to spin everything she wants now with him not here to set the history straight.

The strongest evidence comes from multiple independent sources that line up with each other.
**Confessions.**
Robinson left a handwritten note under his roommate Lance Twiggs’s keyboard that read, in part: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.”
In text messages to Twiggs that night, he admitted it when asked
(“I am, I’m sorry”), said he “had enough of his hatred,” and discussed trying to retrieve the rifle he had hidden.
He also posted in a Discord chat that “it was me at UVU yesterday” shortly before turning himself in.
Twiggs later told investigators that Robinson confirmed the confession in person the next day and said he wished he hadn’t done it.
**DNA.**
Investigators found DNA consistent with Robinson on the Mauser .30-06 rifle recovered near campus (trigger, stock, bolt, and other parts), on the towel it was wrapped in, on ammunition, and on a screwdriver found on the rooftop of the Losee Center.
Testing put the likelihood of the DNA belonging to him at extremely high probabilities (in the trillions-to-one range on some items).
Twiggs’s DNA was also present on the towel and screwdriver in smaller amounts.
**Video and location.**
Surveillance footage showed Robinson on the UVU campus multiple times that day, including near the scene.
He was seen changing clothes, and investigators matched the rifle to one that belonged to his family (his father recognized it from released images).
**Motive and premeditation.**
The texts and note show planning over at least a week, political targeting of Kirk, and attempts to hide evidence. Engraved ammunition recovered with the gun included phrases like
“hey fascist! CATCH!”
Taken together, the admissions, the DNA on the weapon and related items, the video placing him at the scene, and the family connection to the rifle form the core of the prosecution’s case.
