Scientists found a way to flush Alzheimerโs plaque out of the brain in minutes.
Without any surgery and drugs.
Your brain has a waste-clearance network called the glymphatic system. It flushes out toxic proteins and dead cells.
But it only really activates during deep, slow-wave sleep.
If you don't sleep, the trash piles up. Over time, that buildup leads to cognitive decline and Alzheimer's.
Until today.
Researchers just published a paper proving they can manually trigger this cleaning cycle.
Without you ever going to sleep.
They used 40.68 MHz ultrashort waves (USW) beamed non-invasively into the brain.
Within 10 minutes, the brain's fluid flow rapidly accelerated.
The waves artificially synchronized the neurons into a Delta state, the exact frequency of deep sleep. This forced the brain's water channels to open and start flushing out the system.
They tested it on mice with traumatic brain injuries and Alzheimer's pathology.
The brain swelling dropped. The toxic proteins were cleared out. Cognitive deficits actually improved.
No surgery. No massive chemical interventions. Just a frequency.
$ETH
No serious resistance left IMO
I'm just gonna ignore everything and HODL
$ETH
Bought some and will buy some more in the coming days
Feels a bit retarded to buy resistance but I feel less comfy not having it than having some at not the optimal price
Will buy more if we retest green but have been waiting long enough

first they came for the translators,
but i said ok cool, better and free.
then they came for the artists,
and i said, alright looks good to me.
when they came for the devs,
i was fine with it because i'm faster.
later the mathematicians were *0
and i imagined a bright future.
when they finally came for my purpose or job
i said
"time to find a higher purpose, lfg"

Car racing is cognitive enhancement:
> 12 hrs on a driving video game, and 60-85 yr olds were cognitively overtaking 20 yr olds
> race car drivers do in one brain region what a novice does in 15
> six months later, the seniors kept the gains with zero practice
What Tobi is about to do today is one of the most insane things Iโve seen in athletic performance.
He will be racing for 2.5 hours straight. Before immersing myself in this sport for the past few days, I would have thought โoh thatโs cool, heโll be driving a fast car around a track.โ
That is not what this is.
And why I have so much respect for him.
Tobi will be driving a car over 180 mph, experiencing up to 4.2 g of force. That will throw his body forward with 715 lbs of force and his head by 67 lbs.
Braking action requires up to 200 lbs of leg force.
The cockpit will average 104-122ยฐF (40 to 50ยฐC). His multi-layer suit barely allows for evaporation. This will cause his core body temperature to reach 102ยฐF. I achieved this same body temp after 200ยฐF of dry sauna for 34 min. Itโs overwhelming. His heart rate will beat between 140-170 bpm.
He will sweat up to 170 fl oz (5 kg), losing 11 lbs of body weight. Some classes run driver cooling systems. His LMP2 doesn't.
Under these conditions, he will need to maintain perfect concentration for the entire 2.5 hours. Heโs fighting for tenths of a second on every turn and every stretch.
One small slip up and trouble awaits.
Today itโs even more intenseโฆ itโs raining. The track is wet, scrambling everything.
He has to maintain spatial memory of every other car on the track, the complicated rules to avoid penalty, and constantly strategize overtaking other drivers, communicate with his team on the radio, watch for debris, be aware of slightest nuances of his car, and anticipate other drivers.
He did a practice run on Thursday and then a qualifying race yesterday, when he emerged from the car, he was a different human. Unrecognizable from the person who entered the car. Beaming with something like an omnipresence of reality.
We celebrate those who are especially good at kicking balls, shooting balls into baskets, and running with balls. What Tobi will do today is alien to those. I struggle to think of a sport equally as demanding.
Tobi and I have a lot in common. Weโve both built companies. We both spend a lot of time at the keyboard trying to organize the world in ways that we find beautiful. We both love data, method, and analysis. We both have a love for continuous improvement and will endure any pain required to achieve that next goal.
What Iโve not experienced is the unmatched flow state Tobi tells me he drops into when under these racing conditions.
I deeply understand what it means to achieve a 102ยฐF core body temperature after 34 min in a 200ยฐF dry sauna. I also know what 3 gโs feels like from being a pilot. These are extremely intense psychological states.
I know what it means to apply 200 lbs of pressure with my legs.
What Iโve never experienced is all these things, at the same time, for 2.5 hours straight, while maintaining perfect focus.
He is new to car racing. Late by racing standards. DHH got him into it a few years ago. During this first year of racing, he endured to overcome the extreme motion sickness that accompanies the physical and mental violence of the sport.
The race starts at noon eastern. Tobi will be driving for the first 2.5 hours and then @dhh will drop in, followed by Mathias Beche. The race will conclude at 10 pm.
Iโll be in the pit watching as all the data streams in from his car and body and imagining what itโs like to be in that car.

YOU LIKED MY SIMPLE ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 TRACKER, SO I MADE IT WAY BETTER
I saw that you guys actually liked the simple and useful tracker I built for @ethena
I went through the feedback, listened to what the community wanted to see, and added the features you guys thought were missing.
ENA Tracker now includes:
> Live ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 price
> USDe supply + progress to the $7.5B first buyback milestone
> USDe growth over 7D / 30D / 90D
> Interactive 30-day USDe supply chart
> USDe distribution across chains
> Reserve allocation, backing structure and APYs
> Protocol revenue & economics
> Buyback milestone tracker
> Estimated ETA to $7.5B based on the current pace
> Changes since your last visit
Most live data refreshes automatically every 10 minutes
Still keeping it simple. Just a much more useful version now

Keep sending feedback. Iโll keep building what the community actually wants.
I GOT TIRED OF CHECKING ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 DATA MANUALLY, SO I BUILT THIS
Iโve been watching the road to Ethenaโs $7.5B USDe buyback milestone, so I turned it into a simple live tracker
It tracks:
> live ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 price
> USDe supply โ $7.5B
> % remaining until the first buyback milestone
> 5% first-rung take rate
> 95% Foundation net revenue allocation
> your ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 portfolio value at different prices
> ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 valuation scenarios vs $HYPEโs buyback multiple
Basically everything I personally want to watch for the ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 thesis in one place

Still building it, but I think this will get a lot more interesting as USDe gets closer to $7.5B

if you disconnect from the fear of timing an exact bottom, imo you'll long term be happy w/ these entries:
1) SOL at $85
2) ENA at $.10
3) HYPE at $25
4) BTC at $65k
worst trick the devil played was making you all think timing tops/bottoms is a must. money is made in the middle
