I remember the day I passed my 11+. Everyone from my Christian Bros Primary School in North Belfast got to meet @GerryAdamsSF and we all received a cert telling us what a blow we had struck for Ireland. We then went for 2 weeks firearms training in the Wicklow hills.
Yet the advised our kids to "wear an extra jumper to school because they can't afford the heating bills..."

When he tumbles down the stairs, I honestly can’t stop laughing. I showed this to a 15-year-old who had never heard of Peter Sellers or The Pink Panther, and when she saw this scene, she nearly peed herself laughing so hard!

Wesley Fletcher who was found with 17 live bombs and stun guns on the Shankill rd was also a member of the Orange Order as well as a Far right organisation
But Nolan show can't talk about it as it's a live case but it's okay to talk about SF & others on the Gravaghy road
Nationalism is shaking in its boots now! Let's Talk Loyalism has made a statement supporting the Queen of Ulstershire. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Statement by @TalkLoyalism in support of @carlalockhart
“Let’s Talk Loyalism wishes to express our wholehearted support for Carla Lockhart MP following her decision to resign from the DUP.
We stood alongside Carla throughout the Drumcree dispute and have enormous respect for her commitment to her principles, convictions and the people she represents.
But Carla has done more than simply resign. She has articulated a vision for the future of unionism, grounded in principled leadership, accountability and reform, grassroots engagement and the empowerment of women.
At Let’s Talk Loyalism, we believe these are fundamental priorities that should transcend party boundaries. Whatever shade of unionism you represent, these are principles worth embracing and initiatives deserving of support.
We particularly welcome Carla’s determination to continue working constructively across all strands of unionism. Her decision demonstrates that standing by your principles need not mean abandoning cooperation or unity.
Unionism must be bigger than any one party. Its future must be built on principle, accountability and a renewed connection with its people.
We stood with Carla at Drumcree. We respect her principles today. We support her vision for tomorrow.
We stand with Carla.”

For those fellow @CelticFC fans asking for MON to go, who do we bring in if he were to go? Realistically, what manager could we attract?
Only one more day until some house in West Belfast declares "It's Christmas..." like Noddy Holden and sticks their Xmas tree up! Prize for the 1st tree spotted this year!
Next she will be leaving Salt & Water out over All-Souls night...

I don't know where to begin with this level of ignorance. This is Carla, having purchased a painting from an exhibition. Delighted to find a 'special place in my office' for a scene of riot police at Drumcree, forcing a march down the road. This is why people are fleeing unionism

The solution to Manchester United is simple.
If the management truly wants a rebuild, it should openly back Carrick. Then you will see all these overfed babies called players adjust or leave.
After Arsène Wenger left Arsenal, the coaches who came afterwards failed to deliver the desired results until the management decided to rebuild and openly back Arteta.
Özil, Lacazette, Aubameyang, Leno, Xhaka, and many other big stars either left or were moved on as the club rebuilt. The instruction was clear. If you are not playing at the level the coach expects, you are out.
When Arsenal appointed Mikel Arteta in December 2019, the club finished 8th, 8th, and 5th in his first three Premier League seasons before qualifying for the Champions League.
Some fans wanted Arteta out, while others believed in him and said, "We trust the process."
You don't achieve quick success during a rebuilding phase.
It's obvious that some players want Carrick out, and the management needs to make it clear to them that Carrick is not going anywhere, regardless of how bad the results get.
The players need to understand that their job is to play at the highest level and deliver results.
Any player who fails to perform at that level should be put up for sale, regardless of their name or how much they earn.
I'm not happy seeing Manchester United this way even as rival fan. But the truth remains, when you're rebuilding most times it feels like it's not working but you'll need to be patient.
You cannot say you are rebuilding a team, then sack the manager every time results don't go your way.
At this point, the players must also be held accountable. You cannot keep changing managers while the same players continue to underperform.
If the club's management trusts Carrick enough to appoint him, it should give him the backing to do his job.
Let the players know that nobody is bigger than the club. If you're rebuilding, you'll suffer until things gets better.
This Manchester United team is really poor. No fight. No believe. Far cry from the days of Rooney, Ronaldo, Scholes, Keane etc...
Does this grifter ever pay for a breakfast???? 😂
A lovely Big Breakfast in Glenavy Hall yesterday morning with my colleagues from South Antrim, Trevor and Pam (and a very good spreckle of Tinsleys!!!) - thank you to all at Pride of Glenavy Accordian Band for a warm welcome to their Big Breakfast. Yummy of course!! 🥓🍳☕️
Good to see it so well supported and to see my DUP colleagues, Cllr Linda Clarke, Trevor Clarke MLA, Pam Cameron MLA , Cllr James Tinsley, Cllr Margaret Tinsley (and though I didn’t see him, Cllr Thomas Beckett was along at the earlier sitting!)

The numbers: in the 2024 general election, unionist candidates in Upper Bann took over 25,000 votes (DUP 21,642, UUP 3,662). Across the North, the DUP, UUP and TUV took roughly 315,000.
Now let's run your numbers, Jamie. Say 8,000 turned up, and the Order itself said support "came from right across the province". Unionists in Upper Bann alone cast over 25,000 votes last year, and across the North it was around 315,000. So after a month of build-up, chartering buses from every county and a full-blown call to arms, you got roughly 2.5% of the unionist vote onto the streets of a unionist town. Pathetic really lol.
The other 97% stayed at home having a pizza and watching box sets.... Those are the decent, ordinary unionists who actually go to work, to pay their bills, and they get on with their Catholic neighbours and have no interest in trampling over anyone.
Not your naysayers, Jamie. They're the majority, and they've been telling you so all along.
And another thing while you, Carla and Jim Fein spent the autumn splitting unionism down the middle, Sinn Féin stayed the largest party at Stormont.
Every row like this one hands Michelle O'Neill even more seats next time.
Here's the harsh reality for you this Sunday morning...
The parade's still banned, the motion still fell, the Executive's still standing and the DUP is still split. All of it comes back to you lol, your the person responsible for fracturing and splitting unionism
Another triumph, Jamie. Proud to have stood, indeed. 🤡
